The video length actually depends on how much food I’m getting buffet videos are usually very long.
Great review, I agree with most of your ratings. I've spoken to people recently who are very disappointed that they made the buffet smaller and that they do not have French Toast anymore. While I don't disagree, I think the quality is still there and the made to order dishes and the Asian food options are superb. Coffee to me is not pass/fail, I'd give the coffee there a 7.5, good and better than most places.
I do not think you mentioned the brunch buffet hours. I believe it's 9 - 12 Noon, M - Th and 8 - 12 Noon, Fr - Su..

I love that wedding banquet fried rice and e-fu noodles. It's amazing that Vegas can replicate that.
Orange juice and soft drinks are cheap. Not including them on the buffet is just being greedy. That must have been extra good fried rice to get a 10. Glad to see the Asian items got such high marks compared to the American items.
I already have a reservation for breakfast at Chin Chin for my trip next month. Thanks for making this video. The food looks wonderful. That thing that you called a cork is a loaded tater tot. I know it didn’t suit your taste but that is the one item on the buffet that I am looking forward to the most. Happy dining!

Thank you Danny, another entertaining and informative video. Looks like flourless chocolate cake aka chocolate torte. Its yummy cuz basically melted chocolate, little sugar, eggs and butter.
Since you brought up your childhood memories of Cantonese style banquets you brought back another memory of one of my favorite dishes from back then that I never see it at banquets anymore. The partially deboned stuffed and braised duck aka 8 Treasures Duck. So I would like to ask you, Tung and Steve to do a recon scouting mission to find a place in Vegas that serves that dish and report back to us with all the details 😁 In the meantime mon mon sek and thanks again

I saw your BCF video also and since you have the manager's card and certainly an influencer perhaps you can suggest the kitchen nix the "corks" and/or the "fried dumplings" with a pan of BCF that you said was very good. More Asian food offerings.😊❤

We have had their made to order sushi and it's really good 👍
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Sushi in that buffet when I dined there.. it's certainly a hidden gem and bargain for a restaurant on the strip
You seemed to really enjoy your meal. I've never seen you compliment so many of the dishes on a buffet. It may be a smaller offering, but everything seemed to be done very well. Happy for you. That chocolate thing may be a flourless torte...very rich and dense. Yummy!

Those are chives on the eggs benedict. It looks like the poached eggs were over cooked. The yolk is supposed to be soft and runny.
My problem Danny is that the spoon is too small. If that rice is that good I would want a big tablespoon to really eat up all that goodness ha ha😁😀
