Is Doug going to be the guest for the book of Job? I'd love to hear more of his take on it, to include how reconciles what he agrees with Girard on vs what he disagrees with Girard on... if that makes sense. In other words, if Girard is right sans the books ends, then how do we make sense of the fact that the beginning of Job seems to indicate that Job's friends really are his friends, contrary to how Girard views them throughout the entirety of his commentary.
