Great beginner tut! With the glossmat.png, couldn't you just use the roughness texture exported (inverted obviously)? That would give you your different values for gloss. I assume for glass if you want text and stuff on that you would just make the glassmat have black where the textures are so the alpha is 0, instead of full transparent 1?

That isn't how it works.
