yeah he had all stock clutching at the time of this video. He has since shimmed it but hasn't tried it much. If that doesn't help enough it will probably get a sheave.
sure have. ordered a kit and it wasnt much if any better than stock. was about to do gear reduction when i decided to try my own set up. ended up with 26-67 polaris weights, orange epi primary and silver epi secondary spring with the stock helix. much more belt pinch than stock. Also had the spider machined so you can shim the clutch. stock it had ~60 thousandths belt clearance and now im running about 15 thou. no need for gear reduction anymore...
