Mystery, wonder, awe... Anna conveys this so exquisitely, and even her countenance suggests something unfathomable, ineffable, as if she is discovering more secrets in the music even as she plays.
The pentatonic sounding part is utterly sublime. The bit between 2:25-2:38 is so simple and evocative and beautiful it could score virtually any dramatic movie from a dark fantasy to a historical epic!
Perfect but some self absorbed histrionics
In a nutshell, a perfect performance. Bravo!

This is the softest sound with which I heard Voiles played! My most favourite interpretation
Your fingers are whispering on the keyboard. Just what Debussy wanted. Marvelous!
Debussy himself would be VERY proud of you for this perfect performance!
magnifique ce jeu “sottovoce” !
This is the softest way I heard Voiles played! This is my favourite interpretation.
Wonderful!!! Really enjoyed this!!!
In love with Anna's Talent!
Yes, indeed, one of the best interpretations of this beautiful piece, Anna. So soft and atmospheric. I have now subscribed to your channel :)

Beautiful!
dit is de bijna stilte
Ist des atonal?
Es ist nicht eigentlich atonal. Der Tonsystem ist einfach nicht der traditionnelle, sondern wesentlich mit der Sechstonleiter.
Nein .... Whole tone scale & later Pentatonic scale too.
