Sir, if the parallel misalignment in the upward of the motor related to pump. What will do instead of adding shims?

Sir if the motor is upward related to the pump. We have to remove the required shim. If there is no shim in the motor baseframe then we have to rework on motor base plate.

Try doing this on a pump covered in oil with no jacking bolts and a trace heating pipe going over the coupling. 😂
