- This is a very special FAN-MADE episode of Code Lyoko: The lost episode of Code Lyoko, the plot of the episode is happening even before Xana Awakens. the episode is summarizing the life of Aelita and Franz Hopper Before they went to Lyoko, until the moment Jeremie re-activated the supercomputer and met Aelita.

She forgot
It’s because The super computer was shut off for 10 years by her father and she lost all her memories in the process until the end of season 2.
During the scene (3:35 to 4:04) in the Novels, Aelita actually got shot in the back of the head by the Men in Black and Franz Hopper was forced to virtualise her into Lyoko to stop her from dying. They changed this in the cartoon because of obvious reasons.
Here's some more really sad things about Aelita that were in the novels.
She was born on a military in Switzerland where her parents forced to work on Project Carthage after discovering that it was actually weapon of mass destruction.
After her father sacrificed his life to help destroy XANA, Aelita finds a golden pendant. Engraved on the pendant was the letters W (Waldo), A (Aelita) and A (Anthea). Beneath them was a picture of a sailor's know which symbolises that they'll be together forever.

Code Lyoko Chronicles is what really happens after Season 4. Not that abomination Evolution. It uncovers all the backstory too. There are some minor plot holes and things I don't agree with but it's the best canon ending to series there is.

I had a sudden epiphany whilst viewing this: Franz Hopper has a normal forehead.
I feel so bad for Aelita.
Her childhood and life ruined by a rogue government who kidnapped her mom and tried to do the same to her and her dad.
Then Xana The artificial intelligence program that hopper created to be his assistant turns against his creator due to all those returns to the past that made Xana stronger because Hopper went crazy and insane trying to work on the program or something.
Then Xana tries to destroy his creator and his daughter and Hopper manages to shut off the super computer for 10 years until Jeremy turns it on.
It’s such a shame that code Lyoko evolution was left on a cliffhanger there were still so many mysteries to know about Franz Hopper, project Carthage, Who those men in black worked for that kidnapped Anthea Schaeffer (Hopper’s wife and Aelita’s mom), why they kidnapped her, how she ended up marrying Lowell Tyrell, why Waldo Schaeffer turned against the government that he worked for to create project Carthage and why he thought it was a bad idea.
This Fan-made Episode must be a Prequel to the Pilot Episode, X.A.N.A

it's not a lost episode it's just a full version of Aelita's past from the memories in the show

Bring code lyoko back code lyoko I did not see all of the episodes but thats my 1 favorite and the song is so cool I miss seeing it so badly I love yumi and her out fit it so fits her personality even all of them too fit.
She will be 16 in Code Lyoko Evolution but technically she is 25-28

yes it's true, and Franz Hopper might return as well, Aelita found a picture of him in the interface of the Cortex sector in the second episode of the season. Anthea Hopper will be played by Sandrine Rigaux and Franz will be played by Hugues Massignat

It is fan made, but the episodes were recorded from CN and were uploaded to Megavideo, that is where I downloaded them from using Megaupload, a year ago.

according to the french wikipedia of Code Lyoko, Aelita was born in 1982

Simple, I edited the clips showing Aelita's past life from various episodes. As I wrote in description, this is a fan-made episode
She is set to appear in the fifth season: Code Lyoko Evolution, but as of the first 10 episodes that aired already, she hasn't even being mentioned. She will be portrayed by Sandrine Rigaux
She's probably still alive, it was confirmed that Aelita will find new information about her in Code Lyoko Evolution (the upcoming 5th season)

It's obvious that Xana will come back, without Xana Code Lyoko won't be Code Lyoko. And yes, MoonScoop confirmed that new enemies will appear alongside Xana
I can understand why they want to kill Franz Hopper but why would they kill a innocent girl like Aelita? That's just messed up.
Jovichick29 they saw Waldo (aka franz) as a threat and since his wife was involved, they thought Aelita would soon be a threat in the future. They didn't want to kill her but they wanted her for information, I don't think they killed his wife (as of the abduction) but wanted to question her and they never heard from her again

Not the ENTIRE thing though bits and pieces of it in episodes that Alieta thought were nightmares.

She's in 9th grade currently, it says in the middle of season 4. So, that would make her 15.

She was 12 when she got sent to lyoko. And because people don't age on lyoko, she was still 12 when she came back. Also there is an episode where her age is said. However I can't remember which one.

It was never explained in the series, only in the CL novels. I think we'll get the explanation for this in CL: Evolution.
I wonder why they kidnapped her and attempted to kidnap aelita and franz. I hope franz can be brought back to life since he died in lyoko in the last episode. Like when Yumi fell into the digital sea she was luckily brought back to life some how. In code lyoko evolution will xana come back or will there be a new villian this time.

@riyahlicious Jeremie's voice was weird in season 1 and 2. The clips of Jeremie in the end of the video are from "Xana awakens part 1", which was part of season 3.

I have no idea, Franz said he is shutting it down himself. How he did it from inside Lyoko? the writers never gave an explanation for that.

Her mother will appear in season 5 (the currently airs in France) I don't know if she and Aelita will meet though, I'm hopeful for that to happen.

Hmmm... interesting... u did this about the past, but im writing a fan fic about the future... lol I actually started before i knew about evo, but mainly its 15 years after Echoes, but Delmas retires and Jeremy is the new principal and the Lyoko Warriors are the new staff. A new group of kids come along and discover the factory because they were looting, and jeremy discovers the reactivated the supercomputer.

When she was first virtualized the very first time by her father she was 12 she stayed there for 10 years while on lyoko she didn’t age in those 10 years so she’s supposed to really 22 years old but when Jeremy materialized her she was still 12 by the end of the series she’s 13 but it’s never stated when Aelitas actual birthday is since she claims she doesn’t really remember when her birthday is so she’s 13 at the end of the series but she’s really supposed to be 22 or 23 but is still a early aged teenager because she never aged during her 10 years on lyoko
