Lamp Matrix Diagnosis On My Back to the Future Pinball Machine

Seems that I have a bleed in my lamp matrix. This can not be! I go through a quick diagnosis of the issue. Maybe this will help those with a similar issue on their game?

Great information. Need more vids on these lamp issues. These are not all fixed with non ghosting LEDs.
