    Ah, so you can adjust the ME and PI in the simulated industry interface, brilliant. I learned so much from you today. Subscribing.

    Hello, Just found your channel from TH-cam suggestion. Nicely made video ! I got a few comments / suggestion. You are launching a build job in Jita. The manufacturing cost for that system is above 10 making it the worst system in game to produce in term of cost. Also, building at an NPC station you are not getting the ME bonus of using a player owned station with rigs, which has a lot of impact on the profit margin. If you are looking for a place to build more efficiently, send me a mail in game (character name Thanak) and I would be happy to let you use our stations.

    The problem lies in determining if, while building the three stages, that you have different levels of profitability on the different parts in each layer.
    Meaning, If I build all parts in tier one, and 6 out of 7 parts in tier two because one is not worth my time. You must determine this every time you build because it changes. Without having black belt excel’fu skills... this gets difficult real quickly.

    You need to be careful lol. If you choose to carry on with this "Mastercard Masterclass" I may just end up nicking all your profits ;~)

      Hey Ted, bring it on! lol. The more the merrier Ive made my ISK im now just giving back to the game and Ive enjoyed for so many years. If it helps just one person enjoy the game more then Its a win.

    Obviously market volume is relevant too, for example it's technically better to sell the final components for a jackdaw then that jackdaw itself, but their volume is near nonexistent

      Hey Joh, this is true and I have covered this in pervious videos but good point regardless.

    with valkyrie T2 example, you forget to calculate BPC/invention cost.

    • @strange_Net
      @strange_Net  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Mac, I do mumble it but the invention cost is 10k per valk run so not really that big an issue but should as i say always be taken into account. Cheers

    Some more usefull stuff thanks for the upload :), i started building my BP's up now and researching the % but i'm very cautios still to build anything lol, but i'm stuck in high sec waiting to rejoin karmafleet so it's been fun learning how manufacturing works a bit.

    do you buy your minerals for manf, with buy orders?

    • @strange_Net
      @strange_Net  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Generally I dont plan that far apart, so I buy mostly from sell orders.

  • @KalRandom
    @KalRandom 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Right now is a bad time to sale anything, with the market going nut's on mineral cost.
    I'm just waiting till after shortage hits before listing anything new.

    • @strange_Net
      @strange_Net  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It does make life as a manufacturing more difficult that's for sure. Prices also across the board seem rather stagnant at the moment as well which is unusually.

    • @1kvolt1978
      @1kvolt1978 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, it's a good time to manufacture and sale products which don't take minerals to build or aren't affected much by minerals. Like T2 ships and modules, for example. Or faction ships and modules.

    • @KalRandom
      @KalRandom 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@1kvolt1978 All T2 and faction ships require the T1 variant to be in the build.
      Please list a few things specifically that do not require minerals, as I'm missing a market on that (moon goo counts as a mineral).

    • @1kvolt1978
      @1kvolt1978 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@KalRandom Yes, they do require T1, but usually it's ~10-20% of the cost of T2 or faction. So mineral price increase doesn't affect this items as hard as it does T1s themselves.
      I'm not sure, but there is items like boosters which do not require mins.
      Oh, yes, of course. Rigs.

    • @KalRandom
      @KalRandom 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@1kvolt1978 Your so right, rigs and boosters don't require minerals, and since ccp made building so easy a builder can survive on those. I don't understand how a T1 item needed to make the T2 item is ~10-20% of the cost, but I'm stupid, so would you please forgive me for not knowing how to build properly.

    Is there a way to contact you directly? Watched all your videos and I have advanced questions to ask, not specific for the comment section of one video.
    Thanks
