After watching this video I must say. That is the most primative slowest way to red crab I have ever seen. But after running the 176' red crabber taurus not much could compare.
oh alright, just crush the crabs with the pot and step on it as soon as you pull them in. rough handling is one thing, but crushing them and then stepping on the pot to crush them even more looks blatantly negligent... there's gotta be a better way than that.

why are you coiling the rope? that's just asking for huge tangles if a loop falls into the middle. also, dropping the trap on crab, shame on you.
