Here's the video road-map, for those who don't have the capability to listen to my beautiful voice for 12 full minutes. 4:15 - Beginner's Build 5:26 - Advanced Build 6:50 - vMA Build 8:33 - Active Abilities 10:24 - Skill Rotation
You can literally hit 10k+ just holding down your left mouse button if you’re a dps with gear over level 50. If u are doing less with your rotation , you are not weaving light/heavy correctly.
This is not enough for me, KevDuit. I am a complete beginner and I am not able to access these gear. YOU NEED TO MAKE BUILDS FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS WHO CAN PULL 50K DAMAGE PER MILLISECOND!
I subscribed for that intro. I'm a casual player. I like to knock out quests, pick flowers, collect all the shiz. I like to be a happy hermit adventurer. I get stressed out by build talk, but I don't wanna be a total newb now that I'm cp130. This is still overwhelming, but funny. Thanks dude =]
Ok the time it must take for you to edit this perfectly with all the cinematic emotes you're doing in game to match what you're saying earned you my subscription alone. That's legitimate work ethic.
I run a Khajit Stamina Knoghtblade Dual Wield and I outdamage most anywhere near my level of CPs. I often have to hold back some of my attacks because if I am not careful I will agro the bosses away from the tanks. My buld is very smilar to his but I dont have any divine yet. I have the Selene's Monster set and this was what has made a huge difference. I stay alive longer and do way more damage before doing this. Even my guildies noticed right away the difference. I have the training of Night Mothers Gaze and Hundings. Ask a guildie to build it for you. I love the Stamina Nightblade. IT is a blast to play
I love the way that you made build from beginner and then pros. You got my attention and my subscription. Almost everybody else do a pro build that is almost impossible to get if you don't have a decent build first. I love the sense of humour
If you're wanting to test out these builds, here is the written guide to help out: Beginner: www.kevduit.com/stamina-nightblade-beginners-dps-pve-build/ VMA: www.kevduit.com/stamina-nightblade-vma-build/ Advanced: www.kevduit.com/stamina-nightblade-advanced-dps-pve-build/
Firstly, I love your use of emotes and well editing. Second, Thank you. Iv been bouncing back and forth for years looking since the OG Wrecking Blow was nerfed
I just bought this game three days ago. My “main” is a level 19 orc warden grab/rest staff healer and I’ve made and deleted like 5 already regretting the race/roles/class I made....I’m so overwhelmed lol
If you want good advice for optimization, check out t3hasiangod on here. I can tell you right now that orc is #1 for stamina dps so I would stick with the 4 physical weapon lines since you shouldn't be a mag build as an orc. If you want to be magic then breton or high elf are your best options. If you want to heal, bretonand if you want to tank, be an imperial or nord
For anyone wondering about making the Weapon power pot. Blessed Thistle, Dragon Thorn, and Wormwood will also work. Whether you use Wormwood or Water hyacinth doesn't matter
Me planning on returning to ESO after 3 years, and feeling like "Oh yeah, it was like a craftig simulator". Not a bad thing, but I feel like there's so much to relearn and memorize to get back on track.
Thanks for the great video! This seems very far out of my reach at the moment, but I am going to work towards it. I can't even begin to craft this armor though. The veteran dungeons are very difficult as well.
I'm new to eos and watched several of ur videos and I've decided I'm just gonna play the game how I see fit instead of focusing on a build I have 5 characters that I'm leveling up together to see what I want to play as and so far liking the Templar the best
God damnit kevduit, I always tell myself im not blowing all my money on eso dlc but fuck your videos are so good you make me want to uninstall everything on my xbox to have room for eso and give zenimax all of my money
Awesome one! Thanks for advicing selene. I use 4 pieces of night mother, 3 agility(on jewelry) and 5 hundings rage, i can get 4000+ weapon damage and as a warden aoe ain't a problem :)
Yes, if you aren't in optimized groups, otherwise you could grab ravager, veiled heritance, or berserking warrior eventually. But night mother's 5 piece is rendered useless by surprise attack
Both spriggans and briarheart are overland sets you can replace with. You could also run twice born star and run the lover and the warrior. Leviathan on the body only would be a reasonable option too. Anything other than night mothers which is essentially only useful for classes that don’t have access to major fracture and solo only.
0:43 this is my life. I have made 8 characters to try out several builds to see what I like most, I have reached level 50 with any yet but the stam nightblade build I like the most so far but holy damn. In a world boss event, when I was level 7 with that stam nightblade dps I actually got a XBL msg from one of the participants being mad that I even attempted the world boss because I did too little damage, to be fair I went in to be carried, there were like 9 others and about 5 them were high champion level, of course i went there to be carried. I was on the frontline, didnt die once but other champion dudes died a couple of times.
With vMA, running a monster such as pirate skeleton or something else that makes you harder to kill. Run Veli after you have cleared it a couple of times.
Kev .. I like your style of making videos. Informative and easy for understand even for not native speakers like me. Keep up the good work sir! Question tho - Begginer eq. head and shoulder - what is the required dps / gear for those veterans?
Would highly recommend using a dagger over sword bc dagger is going to increase your crit rating which is where your 18k+ crit surprise attack comes from😘
stetuan555 not really its the weapon passive itself daggers increase crit axes cause bleed swords increase wpn dmg etc i use a nirn dagger and infused axe
where’s the levelling build? Where’s The Levelling Build?? WHERE’S THE LEVELLING BUILD.....jk. Ty for the guide as always very welcome (and entertaining).
Thank you! Well, everyone has a build they prefer. My advanced build (The relequen, Two-fanged, and Velidreth one) usually hits around 60-65k single target for me, which I think is quite above average dps, and has done all the Vet trial HM's just fine :)
1: Night mother's gaze on a stamblade, after the nerf, isn't optimal since it applies a debuff you already have (major fracture from surprise attack). 2: 30 into bastion just for the hardening enchant on the backbar? wouldn't putting a disease damage enchant on the bow and putting those 30 cp somewhere else be better? 3: why a master's bow over a malestrom bow? malestrom bow gives a lot more dps
First two questions I could answer together. The reason for night mother's in the beginner's build is for those intense AOE situations. Half the time in dungeons/trials you're using tornado and such, NOT surprise attack, so night mother's will give major fracture to all target instead of just the one hit by surprise attack. Now, playing INTO that a bit more, say you REALLY don't want surprise attack, and you feel like you've wasted 30 into bastion, you could easily swap surprise for imbue weapons on the Psijic tree. I didn't mention this in the video BECAUSE it's too flaky right now with launch, but having that one psijic ability will grant you a huge damage shield when blocking, heightened by bastion, literally being the first damage shield available for stamblades (unless you count blade cloak). The Hunding's, Night mother's combo still hit a solid 45k for me, regardless of the major fracture waste, haha. And Master's bow instead because of poison dot. Maelstrom was nice, I test it, but it lost about 5-10k dps while I was personally testing. The advanced build can hit up to around 60k single target, and the Master's was able to get it there, Maelstrom sat around 50k Hope that answered the questions! Of course, these are just my personal sets and reasons to run them, just hoping players get a knack for what's out there, and what can work well! :)
W w w what... you're telling me I need to get better armor than LEATHER and some fancy gems? Pfft you clearly don't know what you're talking about. I'm going to go play minecraft instead. For real though, great video. Entertaining as always and informative! Thanks for making these.
Would you swap leaching strikes for vigor if running solo? I made your beginner build last night after being gone for a year and wow. 4900 wep dmg and 1.7k recovery. Was melting everything i came across. Great builds. Will def help with progression in game.
awesome Video! (again) I am running hundings rage and briarheart as an allround setup since the beginning of time. Not a high end dps build but easy to get and also good for newbs because of the survivability. What about Kraaghs(or whatever its called) Monster Set? Do you think it's a good idea to wear it together with hr and briar?
I'm hiting 42k solo on my stam nightblade.. just remember to swap back to your bow bar and start the back bar rotation just BEFORE endless hail ends lol.. pun intended. If your endles hail ends and your still on your front bar it'll significantly drop your dps. Go for as close to 100% uptime on endless hail as you can
Joshua Medina that’s about the worst advice you can give to someone when it comes to endless hail if you have maelstrom bow, you have to stay on front bar until hail is gone since those last ticks are so big, reapplying hail or even going back to backbar would lose you a ton of dps and hurt your sustain since you reapply the dots more often
Weathy Well I think 42k dps disagrees with you. Plus I never said to miss out on ticks of endless hail. I said right as Endless Hail ENDS. That means all the ticks have been applied. And then you reapply them. The point is to get as close to 100% uptime as possible. If you're good at the rotation you should be able to go through your whole rotation with about 3 Surprise Attacks weaves before endless hail has applied all ticks. So ya. The reason I said "Before" is because the ticks stop before the arrows actually fade away. So if you can reapply right as the arrows fade away that would be ideal.
I realize this video is outdated now, being about a year and a half old at this point, but two questions: 1: What should attribute point distribution look like for these builds? Straight stamina? 80% stam, 20% health? Other? 2: The written detailed build on the website specially for stamblade PVE says it can't be found. Is it down currently while it's being adjusted and updated? Is there somewhere else I can find it? Thanks!
Here's the video road-map, for those who don't have the capability to listen to my beautiful voice for 12 full minutes.
4:15 - Beginner's Build
5:26 - Advanced Build
6:50 - vMA Build
8:33 - Active Abilities
10:24 - Skill Rotation
Could you do a sorcerer mage build guide like this one ?
Kevduit good vid man
Does all of your builds reqare DLC?
I want to try Morag Tong with marksman or hawkeye and a monstermask. What monsterset goes well with bow?
hei you have the link this written build? or just the video
Even a beginner should be pulling 50K single target damage
me with 9K: what
Me with 2.5k what
You can literally hit 10k+ just holding down your left mouse button if you’re a dps with gear over level 50. If u are doing less with your rotation , you are not weaving light/heavy correctly.
If you are using recount it is dated and shows way less dps than the one you are making
Alex Coffin I am on console master race. I don’t need useless mods :P
Is this build still relevant
This is not enough for me, KevDuit. I am a complete beginner and I am not able to access these gear. YOU NEED TO MAKE BUILDS FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS WHO CAN PULL 50K DAMAGE PER MILLISECOND!
He´s right! XD
You shouldn't have champion points as a beginner lol. I have three toons and have never used potions.
Its mostly crafting that holds me back. It's so booooring.
sure isnt wrong
Mr.Mostwanted11 ikr
It's not even my birthday and I get three opblade builds, thanks Kevduit
I subscribed for that intro. I'm a casual player. I like to knock out quests, pick flowers, collect all the shiz. I like to be a happy hermit adventurer. I get stressed out by build talk, but I don't wanna be a total newb now that I'm cp130.
This is still overwhelming, but funny. Thanks dude =]
Ok the time it must take for you to edit this perfectly with all the cinematic emotes you're doing in game to match what you're saying earned you my subscription alone. That's legitimate work ethic.
You: This is for beginners

I get 4 to 5 hours of sleep last quarter of finals perfect time to relax and watch a build video
I love the way that you made build from beginner and then pros. You got my attention and my subscription. Almost everybody else do a pro build that is almost impossible to get if you don't have a decent build first. I love the sense of humour
You single handedly made every eso content creator do voice overs on their character. I hope you’re happy.
I am. sub 2 kevduit

love your style on making eso character doing the presentation
I just bought this game three days ago. My “main” is a level 19 orc warden grab/rest staff healer and I’ve made and deleted like 5 already regretting the race/roles/class I made....I’m so overwhelmed lol
guys you should just play the game, just kills mobs with random abilities and you will get feeling what you want to play
Im brand new to ESO and your videos are really entertaining and informative so thanks!

Thanks for the great video! This seems very far out of my reach at the moment, but I am going to work towards it. I can't even begin to craft this armor though. The veteran dungeons are very difficult as well.
This video was on the ESO website! Very cool!
Love this but I ’d really love to see an updated version of this, cuz u know - eso being eso lol 😂
haha, yeah, this build has gotta be so out of date by now
Wish I had of found this channel when I started playing. Fun to watch.
I'm sorry I have to say this, but I can't help myself... the champion points have jumppoints so you should focus on that to maximize the points
Getting the 404 error on written page build! Love the video.
I CHALLENGE YEE TO DO A HEALER BUILD!

I just noticed when showing his Stamina/Weapon Crit/Weapon Damage potion, his character name was literally, "That Kevduit Guy".
Kevduit, I like you.
I'm new to eos and watched several of ur videos and I've decided I'm just gonna play the game how I see fit instead of focusing on a build I have 5 characters that I'm leveling up together to see what I want to play as and so far liking the Templar the best
Man, i miss your ESO videos. You coming back for the new chapter?
Your "on air" persona reminds me so much of old-school deadpool cartoons...it's fucking wonderful
Omg this was fucking amazing video hahahahah I just started eso after taking a 2 year break. I was confused how to play again
Update needed for this build. Plus Im never going to remember all that stuff in rotation. I just do what works for me.
God damnit kevduit, I always tell myself im not blowing all my money on eso dlc but fuck your videos are so good you make me want to uninstall everything on my xbox to have room for eso and give zenimax all of my money

Brilliant video, mate. Great info but super entertaining
I really appreciate your videos, thank you for show me how to dance.
And a lot of extraordinaries tecniques.
Night mothers gaze a pointless set if you’re running surprise attack.
would spriggans be a good replacement?
Yes, if you aren't in optimized groups, otherwise you could grab ravager, veiled heritance, or berserking warrior eventually. But night mother's 5 piece is rendered useless by surprise attack

Loving the build vids rn, keep up the good work!
Love this video! Have watched it at least 15 times...makes me laugh every time.
first music of the vid is from Crysis 2 ! I loved this game so much
0:43 this is my life. Kevduit i try to watch other ppl build and even that there are some good builds, the videos never are, but yours are always funny af
Kevduit I like this build bro keep the builds coming man and for the high king
An new guide video just right before my birthday. 😄 Thx Kev
"Stamina, the raisin bran of glyphs."
how can i get that helm and shoulder he's wearing on 6:08??????
Helmet: Veteran City of Ash 2 final boss drop
Shoulder: Chance to get one in one of the undaunted chests.
Nightmothers gaze on a stamblade? it already applies major fracture with suprise attack so it seems to be a waste of 5 piece
Sietse1994 Would Ravaging be a good replacement for night mothers?
Still waiting for a Tank Build. But Kevduit can't tank Kappa
Thank you for these builds 💫
With vMA, running a monster such as pirate skeleton or something else that makes you harder to kill. Run Veli after you have cleared it a couple of times.
I didn’t understand most of this but still got my like on delivery alone lol
your vids are so funny to watch. and help been playing ESO for 2 weeks love the game

Would highly recommend using a dagger over sword bc dagger is going to increase your crit rating which is where your 18k+ crit surprise attack comes from😘
does it matter if the dagger is main hand or off hand?
stetuan555 not really its the weapon passive itself daggers increase crit axes cause bleed swords increase wpn dmg etc i use a nirn dagger and infused axe
okay cool, thanks!!
where’s the levelling build? Where’s The Levelling Build?? WHERE’S THE LEVELLING BUILD.....jk. Ty for the guide as always very welcome (and entertaining).
Entertaining as usual! However I’m not sure StamBlades are your thing based on these builds. But probably enough to get new NB on their feet I guess.
Thank you! Well, everyone has a build they prefer. My advanced build (The relequen, Two-fanged, and Velidreth one) usually hits around 60-65k single target for me, which I think is quite above average dps, and has done all the Vet trial HM's just fine :)

Fucking love your videos.. I even watch the ones that have nothing to do with my character/ build just to experience this Gold.
That editing is so cool )
This was so funny and a great guide at the same time thanks....
The best part of all your videos is the constant passive jabs at the comment section. Keep it up ! Lol
I've enjoyed your videos for a long time, I'm just getting back into ESO, any chance of a new stamblade video

Am using daggers instead, proc rate for the Axe passive is too low to warrant using it, and daggers scale better with raid buffs.
What mundus stone?
@Kevduit +1
Probably Warrior
W w w what... you're telling me I need to get better armor than LEATHER and some fancy gems? Pfft you clearly don't know what you're talking about. I'm going to go play minecraft instead.
For real though, great video. Entertaining as always and informative! Thanks for making these.
