I bought an apartment there pre covid and I will say for property you can buy extremely cheap there, especially if outside the big cities which is easy as there are lots of charming towns close to the cities. You can also enjoy a fairly good quality of life at low cost. The downside of Italy is that the country’s bureaucracy is simply painful and can drive a person insane
Why don't you include the cost of living in the calculations? If you go to country 1 and pay $100k in taxes and cost of living are let's say another $100, the yearly sum is $200k. But in country 2 you pay $120k in taxes, and cost of living is $60k = $180k total yearly expense. It would make more sense, tax is only one part of living somewhere.
His channel is focused on high net worth individuals if you are making 7 or 8 figures and $100K in taxes is massive savings for you, those kinds of people, cost of living is not an issue for them in any country so it does not add value to those individuals

@@mikesmith8074 I don't think he could've known beforehand that Russia would've invaded on that day, but I agree with you, the timing of that email send out is crazy! Those who aren't subscribers could be confused as to why he did that, but his latest video clarifies that. Maybe in that case he can prob take the video down though, but maybe that won't help anymore.
@@santiagobazan487 Agree that he didn’t know but there have been rumblings about what Russia was going to do for over a week. They must have a plan of sending email blasts. They should have just paused/stopped that email blast.

Depends. If it's considered capital gains then consider a country with low capital gains tax. If it's considered income cause u don't hold for long enough then go to a country with low income tax or one that has a lump sum tax if you're making enough money
