Can ya'll stop hating on this performance. Aespa is doing a world tour and they just came back from Jakarta to Korea after performing a concert, SM make them overwork and they have to practice every day, winter's mic have problem and they have to fixed it a few times. Of course we expect idols to be stable while performing on stage but they are trying and all of the members were extremely tired, and also 1 bad performance doesn't mean they are bad at all, pls don't spread hate and protect them at all cost.
-From someone who went to their concert and heard them sing live, The girls sang so good and stable . -At this awards show, the mic definitely had a problem if you watch the live Winter gave a signal that the mic wasn't loud enough. 2Ning and Gisele were holding the mic the whole time. -They were in the middle of a world tour and after this awards , they only had 1 day off to hold a concert on the 24th in Jakarta. This awards show was held on the 22nd. What's the problem if they have to maintain their voices at their own concert?
Microphones for such a large number of people are difficult to set up in principle, when everyone has their own (I'm talking about awards). No sound checks or adjusting volume and sensitivity, I think with manual microphones everything is simpler, of course, they have automatic settings and a better signal.
They did pretty well! I just wished that Giselle and Winter’s volume for their mics were higher, but im glad that Winter’s voice could be heard, not sure about Giselle’s though. But i’m still glad they served great vocals to the table 🫶🏻

I don't think this is a hate comment. I too got sick of some Mys claiming what is obvious lopsynch to be live, because it set unrealistic standards. You sing and dance at the same time? this song has a ton of runs and register transitions paired with a choreo they did good considering the circumstances. this is what live singing sounds like when the song is hard to sing and youre constantly moving. every other group besides nmixx would sound like goats trying to sing this song. some groups receiving hate for their mediocre live vocals is making their fans try to find flaws for groups like aespa that are known to be good singers. compare encores and studio behind recordings if u wanna see who can actually sing. aespa is safe lol

at the very least have some decency to remember that both lesserafim and aespa performed at coachella and it was NOTHING comparable 💀 everybody knows aespa can sing, their recording sessions and live performances are out in the open to literally everyone, the issue with this performance was the mics being off/too quiet for giselle and winter, yet they still showed their vocals when it needed accentuation. they were also really tired after performing multiple songs prior (that are much more vocally heavy in comparison to the songs hybe ggs get). the difference is, aespa is known to be able to sing well (have you watched their encores lmao?) while hybe ggs have the opposite rep. i love all the groups, but comparing them in this matter is pointless and WILL put your favs at a disadvantage.
