Ha Ha Ha Ha - Humans CANNOT digest meat - It lies in our stomachs for days FERMENTING until the body craps it out. There is a REASON that cats and dogs and all meat eating animals have SEVEN times more hydrochloric acid in their stomachs to digest the meat in a few hours. Yes plenty of people eat crap but millions of people are healing themselves of even diabetes and many other illnesses by getting rid of meat from their diet as per videos etc on here and elsewhere. The body cures itself when you get rid of toxins and poisons and electromagnetic radiation from mobile phones, wi-fi, electric vehicles etc.

Smoking definitely is not the main cause of this blokes issues if at all.
💯 % sure however that it is seed oils & high amounts of starches & sugars.
George Burns, Jeanne Calment, Moah Gotho, Fredie Blom etc...all smoked till over 100 years old.
I also find it very coincidental & curious that when cigarettes were demonized that fast food, basically full of starches, seed oils & sugars were exponentially proliferating. Tobacco industry scientists also were hired by big food companies to increase their sales after cigarettes were demonized.

I AGREE. That's why I have a loop recorder implanted for life for supposed AFib, which I had after a Florida morning 15 mile bike ride, then heavy yard work. Sweat. Loss of Potassium. ... Then ate too many Brazil nuts without enough water; evening 'chest' pains. Hospital. While sitting in waiting, I felt the pressure moving down, so I sort of massaged it and felt a burp and movement; no more pain. But I got the whole proceedure; angiogram, stress test, and now I have 6 stents in my heart. My later research makes me ask why didn't I get a Holter monitor first, before the implant? Also, I was not having a heart attack, so the stents are useless; they can't prevent a heart attack. They're good if you're having one, but installed, can cause blockage later on. Do research, like Tonyg does.

Processed foods and additives are what are killing us. I used to tell patients I visited who were so heavy they could barely walk, "If it didn't come directly from the farm, don't eat it." One woman who took my advice after her well-meaning son had filled her freezer with TV dinners, hot dogs, sweet desserts and every sort of processed and chemically-laden foods, was up and walking within a week and had dropped several pounds. Factories grind the starch out of bleached, denatured grains, squeeze the sugar out of genetically modified sugar beets or genetically modified corn, and pound healthy nuts until they weep their oils, which are then bleached and heated, and they then combine these. They sprinkle them with artificial flavors and artificial colors, add some denatured salt, and call it food.

My Mother was in hospital with cancer a few years ago. She had Chemo therapy and was been fed a lot of sugar. I spoke to the young female doctor and told her sugar was toxic and food for parasites.
I was told to take my mother elsewhere or put up and shut up. My mother died.
Now that young woman doctor is paying me Karma and owes me a lot of energy.
I consider the NHS murdered my mother.

Cancer is not a parasite, but high blood sugar has been proven to worsen cancer and negatively affect chemo therapy.
I'm currently getting chemo myself and just before the chemo, they give your 25-30g of glucose via IV and put you on a high dose of a cortisone which keeps blood glucose even higher than normal.

I've watched many, many of these kinds of videos and the one thing that stands out above everything else is in the comments. The number of people waking up and seeing how they're getting their health back on track by waking up to the lies we've been told over the decades and going back to natural products. Meat, dairy, eggs, butter, ghee, lard, beef dripping all the way and seed oils, carbs, UPFs out! It fills me with hope for humanity.
Also, my daughter works with around 100 people, mostly in their younger years and they are virtually all on board with keto carnivore and healthy eating and it's a topic of frequent discussion where they all learn from each other. We need to put the large processed food organisations out of business.

My CAC score five years ago was zero. After fifteen months of Carnivore (at age 63) eating lots of beef, butter, bacon and eggs I had another CAC score done. This time my score came out to zero once again. Triglyceride to HDL score is 0.8. 🤔

    • @trail.blazer
      @trail.blazer หลายเดือนก่อน +1

To be fair, being low carb can increase a CAC score, because calcium increases after there has been healing. CAC of zero means no hard (healed/healing) plaques but does not inform about soft plaques.
Low carb can reduce various things that cause inflammation which is possibly the significant aspect original cause of the plaques.
I suspect you are probably good for soft plaques if still a CAC of zero after 5 years and it is particularly good if that was zero at age 63 🙂
My CAC was zero after 55 years of high carb. I was staggered! I've no strong idea about my soft plaque status but a CAC of zero at 55 is a good sign.

@@trail.blazerI agree. According to my understanding it takes years for soft plaque to calcify to hard plaque. The nurse who ran my test said I didn’t need to come back for ten years, although I think I will do another CAC score before then. Also, looking at metabolic health, triglyceride to HDL ratio, and other tests such as an A1C test and blood pressure (mine always is low to normal) I think I can rest easy for now. For me, I truly believe carnivore is the way to stay healthy for the long run.

I stopped eating meat for almost two years, but wasn't supplementing in any way, because I thought meat was bad or something.
My skin turned to the thinnest membrane, my teeth began rotting like crazy, and I felt sicker than ever.
I've been five years of eating meat again, and my skin is almost normal, but my teeth are coming out, one by one. Just had my fifth tooth extracted yesterday.
My gut health was ruined from years of anti-inflammatory drugs, and after stopping them, blamed everything until I figured out the glyphosate connection.

I feel better than I have for many years and leg and back pain is easing. I imagine Jeremy would be frightened to try carnivore, but I think he would be pleasantly surprised at the positive outcomes.

My son was ( and still is ) experiencing heart thumping and went to the hospital. He gave up after 8 hours the first time when he was told he'd have to wait another 7 hours. The second time i accompanied him and we was there again for 8 hours. They did blood tests and found no evidence of heart attack and sent him home with the promise of a 24 ECG monitor when it becomes available. I would have preferred him to have Clarkson's big polo mint scanner so we could find out if his arteries are blocked! The NHS isn't doing well.

There are some things you have to deal with yourself.
If it means personal family sacrifice because of the cost that should (must) be accepted - because the alternative sacrifice might otherwise be your son somewhere down the track.
One of the blood tests you referred to would almost certainly be for Troponin which is secreted into the bloodstream when the heart muscle is damaged - as in a heart attack.
      Personal experience:
I have been hospitalised on two occasions - and operated on - for heart problems.
On both occasions Troponin scores were normal.
