Rotate wrench in the other direction. But it's not that simple, you have to coordinate your hands and body weight to counter the rotational force; turning the wrench the other way around will want to spin the rear wheel and bust the skin off your knuckles ...

Is grease the same as lube?
Yes it is, good question. Technically, lubes are oils and greases, water can be a lubricant, too.
