@ if every run you do is about getting faster and faster, you will get injured and undo all of the effort you put in. You need to concentrate running slower with a lower heart rate to build a good fitness base… also stop worrying about breathing through your nose, mouth is better anyway! And don’t run if you’re in pain 😂

Yes I'm pretty new to it. Definitely need to do some research because if i keep going like this it's 100% certain I'll hurt myself 😅
