Jaise jaise knowledge badhta hai people start to keep more and more to themselves out of the fear ki "isko bata dia toh competition faltu ka badh jaega". So they unintentionally (or sometimes intentionally as in case of saksham) try to discourage others from getting knowledge.
Both are dumb asses i dont even need say anything about the superiority complex as for not giving other people same material it isn't really gonna matter plus it does help you see the same concept from someone else eyes

This is best way to end the show, there is no need for S4 now it will ruin things. If S4 comes and in that Vaibhav clears IIT then it will be a bollywood kind of ending to the show. Understand the thing there is some significance of jeetu bhaiya and vaibhav going to two different ways in the ending otherwise it will ruin the beauty of that scene. And we all know the show revolves around jeetu and vaibhav working together and both are away now.
They might bring one entirely new approach Look s1 was all about a student coming in Kota for the first time, getting accustomed to it eventually and facing problems in the process be it any problem which was illustrated by vaibhav and his group s2 was all about the competition and motivation to keep up the fight alongside highlighting rare but important and problems which generally is kept secret because students are scared and also to make you accustomed a bit with the actual ground reality of kota like how the students are like in a trap , the black and white reference , the suicides etc Now that s1 and s2 focuses on the problems that new students face after coming to kota , s3 is about the problems that a teacher feels (those who are attached and all) and problems for students who are in the final year (class 12) and now have to manage between boards and JEE If they release s4 then it will focus on the issues that a dropper face through vaibhav Like we saw when the camera shows Jeetu bhaiya's car and vaibhav's auto and eventually shifts from the car and focus entirely on the auto and the auto moves in a circle My theory is the auto moving in the complete circle represents the phase of life (the one that we all go through and now will be shown by vaibhav) where it will show to start from start again and that's the life of a dropper is, life returning to it's full circle, again focusing on class 11 + 12 and also in the process highlight problems that a dropper goes through And from the camera where it only follows vaibhav in the end my theory is now the story will only revolve around vaibhav and his independent choices and jeetu being out of the equation. So in my opinion let them make it because as you said it will be like Bollywood, not it won't be.
