Our best camera is the Canon Vixia HF G30. It is more expensive than the newer models so if you're looking for a mid-level Video Camera I would get the newest model which is here amzn.to/3htJvJE
The mic goes on the G30 and is here amzn.to/3hmMDqr
We used a Canon Vixia HF R600. The 800 is even better and here is the link amzn.to/3iAnFo5

Good morning yourself, I have been waiting for you to appear, it is my weekly ,Saturday night 9pm time slot where I get to have a large coffee, do a heap of work and don't even have to get out of my armchair. How is the season treating you, my wife;s family in ND said it is unusually warm up there supposed to be up in the 80's this next week, they usually get their first frost in September. Here in Australia we are really dry and praying for a good fall of grass growing moisture.

@@gregkilgour4545 Good Morning Greg!! It’s sounds like you’ve got it figured out. We’re in the same boat you are..praying for rain. In the next 45 days we’ll be pulling dry cows and shipping them to destock a little bit. After the breeding season we’ll probably put all the replacement heifers back in with the cows to have only 1 herd to help with pasture rest. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Great video. Love the Mashona! The hair coat and shine in these animals is so remarkable.
Question…Do you do any mineral supplementation at all?

@@puresouthpasturesfarm6460 within the last month I started giving them the Redmond salt blocks. Years ago I used the free choice stuff but had difficulty justifying the cost. Like most inputs in livestock management it’s very difficult to blame any input on an increase or decrease in profit. There are just too many variables involved. So I tend to not use any. When I run out of the Redmond Salt blocks, that were on clearance, I probably won’t use them. However, everything is always subject to change. Chaos!!!😳😳

@@addisonranch gotcha! I guess that’s another huge upside to home raised stock… Well adapted the forage on your ranch. I tried the free choice. I’m in the same boat. Shipping is a killer. I’ve been using sea 90 and a generic mineral. Blessings!
