I only submitted the academic documents as mentioned in my CAS which was my degree certificate. That's it. No experience certificate. No 10th standard, 12th Standard mark sheets. No nothing. My visa was granted well within the designated time frame. Guys, keep it simple. The more unnecessary documents you submit, the longer it will take to process your visa.
Hi , thanks for sharing your experience. It will help others as well. Most of the time we try to keep it simple but visa gets rejected due to lack of background check. So it's always better to provide everything beforehand rather than waiting. It's really good that you got your visa with minimal verification.

I want to ask if it is necessary to have IELTS to apply for a visa if it is not mentioned in the CAS letter (which means the university considered the 12th class score and issued the CAS)? Also, I want to know if this 28-day-old fund condition is there for visa purposes only. So if I have to make 3000 GBP to get CAS, then this initial deposit should be 28 days old too? pls respond.

@@thelazeezcompany In the CAS, If the University mentions that they has assessed your English language skills, then you do not have to share your IELTS TRF. Whatever answer you get from social media, reconfirm it with your University!!

I think so, If the funds are from your parent then Consent letter is something which you have to submit.

Hi Abhishek, I hope you're doing good. The only concern is during the time of your document evaluation, you should have the amount of funds required to get the VISA ( THATS IT ). You can book the slot , it's completely upto you but the time you're proving your documents you should have that much funds .

I have all the job experience certificate with me but is it required to submit those for Tier 4 visa application or not required? The job details are not mentioned in my CAS
@@ochanabondhu thats completely fine if you haven't mentioned anything related to you job in CAS, but make sure when you visit the VFS you also show them your job experience certificate.

Hi Muhammad, it's always recommended to upload everything as mentioned in the video to avoid any side hustle. Even without all the documents mentioned in the video you'll may get the visa but if in case the Officer requires more background check and you're running short with all the details then you may have to resubmit and in that case it will take more time for you to get the visa. So it's always recommended to upload everything in 1st hand.

Hi Uday, i hope you're doing good. This completely depends on which University you're applying and also what's their eligibility criteria. Will the consider your IELTS or not , just send them an email they'll definitely get back to you. But as far as I know, it will work. But to be on the safer side, email the University.

Hello bro..hope you are doing well..I am vinnu ..my student visa bio metric date on 15 March 2022 in Chennai vfs......22 working days passed and 33 normal days passed innu varai no updates then I sent enquiry message to UKVI via email they said ( our records indicate your application has been decision made please allow 10 working days vfs will contact you) coming Monday also 10th working day then am also received UKVI servey mail also..but still now no visa updates..am very worried about my visa...please kindly your suggestions bro

Is birth certificate mandatory for visa if someone is taking loan for funding through parent's propery??
Hi Addy,it's always better to show the birth certificate to reduce any further hustle or delay in your visa processing because you never know what else a visa officer may need to identify the funds while evaluation.

It completely depends on your visa tier and what all mandatory documents required in it. I will always recommend to attach your birth certificate for easy verification

Bro I have an education loan sanctioned in my name...so is it mandatory for me to submit my birth certificate??..M from Nepal and my birth certificate is in Nepali and due to lockdown I cant make a new one...so I wanted to know
I will share one of my friends scenario. He took education koan from HDFC CREDILA and his father was his co-borrower. So he had to show the birth certificate to prove the relationship to the VFS along with the consent letter. So you need to show the relationship of your co-borrower and the easiest way to show is the birth certificate.
