- The effects and processing used in the GT-1 are the same as the flagship Boss GT-100, so no more sacrificing your tone for the sake of convenience. It also has a looper and exp pedal, plus three assignable footswitches.

Sorry to bug you. I am looking at this one or the me 80. I am limited to my outputs. I dont want to buy another amp. Can I use it in direct input on my vox vt20x if I bypass all effects and use clean sound? If not I do have some powered Flat response studio monitors and wonder if I went direct from the out trs to monitors if that would be stupid. Lol. Thanks. That or headphone out to my 2.1 klipsch pro media powered PC speakers as they are headphone sized Jack. Lol. Thanks. Just for personal use. Just want the sound to be ok. Not screwy. If nothing else I can get a katana but trying to save. Headphones alone would suck. I like playing over my music backing tracks thanks.

Dang. Is it just the same tones as me80 but deeper diving ? Price is used right now 129. Minus tax shipping GC. Me 80 is 179. Like I may have said before I'm like the guy above but I dont have katana yet. I have Vox vt20x...I suppose running it through without any effects or anything it would work? Lol. Killer work man.

Sam Pascall there’s a cheaper version of beat buddy drum machine footpedal that would be ace with this. Should be plenty of free drum loops on net/youtube

The GT 1is plugged directly into my recording interface. No amps at all

I own the device for a few days, I use it with headphones at night and I still can't get pleasant distorsion so far

The harmony patch sounds like Gumby playing guitar ha. I have this pedal and I love it. There’s a lot of great rounds on it. The magic is when you edit it yourself.

No body on TH-cam is showing how to assign the looper & tuner. My tuner comes on the third foot botton. And the looper not come on. Anyone can play with it. But to use the gt1 correctly is quite hard

I'm sorry mate but it's been a few years since this video so I don't recall the exact patches I used. I wouldn't have done a lot of tweaking though

@@slooky14 This fellow is a badass. These sounds/patches are close to stock presets but he has done a smidge of tweaking,not much. Gt-1's are hella units for the $.

Hector Vazquez I’ve seen a guy play a gig with it on here, there is a guy on boss site who tours with an Elvis tribute band uses one, and another guy on here uses one for theatre gigs

Amazing tone! You killed it. I wish Boss would put the modeling chip/technology this has into the ME80. This pedal sounds better, but it doesn't seem very user intuitive to me and no editing effects on the fly.
My third foot botton is the tuner and my looper not programmed. Doze anyone on TH-cam no how to assign these things correctly. Easy to use but very hard to work out correctly
oh. are you able to assign two different delay times i.e. pink Floyd run like hell?? at the same time..

Jeffrey Arivndhan yes I just bought one on eBay today , I have the manual downloaded, there are options to set it for , combo, stack , line out headphone etc. I have the me70 which I practice through headphones and studio monitors with, you can output through a p.a too,
