I'm using YS3M with blue nuts on 3rd click which feels perfect to me. From my measurement, 0 on purple is about 5 on blue, so I'm kinda using setting -2. Or -1 by your count.
I have to agree with this. To me 0 on purple is about 5 to 6 on blue. 3 clicks on blue is also perfect for me. I think it's telling that they went back to the blue nuts for the Weiling v9, and now I'm seeing people complaining about that cube being way too fast and loose. Ideally almost no one would use the very loosest or tightest settings and most people would find the right setting for them somewhere in the middle.
its better to just use the cube as it is first then upgrading it. personally the RS3M Super ball core is better with this mod plus adding magnets to the corners making the auto turning better
@@Dumpster87 thx, altho, do u think the cube made a big difference or u were already pretty fast with another cube? Rn I use a stickered MGC for OH and I avarege sub 33/32 (sub23 2H) but I dunno my tps. I’ll look at them afterwards, anyways thx for the advice

@@JdhMac well obviously depends on u personally if you really think that the purple nuts are too compressed then change it, you can also just change if you wanna test around with it

@@matzemaiskolben hmm I don’t really know I haven’t been cubing for too long (around 2 and a quarter years now) so I am not too familiar with that cube but from I’m guessing it feels kinda like the older gan cubes (like air sm) and something that might feel like that I might say the Gan XS or X

Ah that’s interesting you both think that’s it’s a 1:5 , from me testing it’s a more 1:4 lol maybe different people have different feels 😂

uhhhh practice ig? but tbh I just naturally have pretty decent tps, apart from that my m moves just got faster by doing a bunch of solves.

@@leonardocaschetto8785 definitely. I think objectively the best OH cube is the Rs3m V5, for 2H a lot of cube works
For the life of me I can’t see any difference between the purple and blue nuts. Are we sure they aren’t just cosmetic colour differences?

How did you remove the logo on the white centre cap? Isn't it printed on?
You can add a little lube on it , then using sandpaper that isn’t too rough slowly rub off the logo

Yea sure totally good cube but if you’re gonna get it do urself a favor and get either the UV or ball core the other ones are really not worth it.
