Had a very stressful day at work today, Gary. Got home, immediately felt better as a new Gary Eats has been released. Calmed me right down! You do more good than you realise, my friend.
Another excellent video. I would try all of those kebabs except maybe not the vegan one. All looked delicious and what a great location. Thank you so much for all this wonderful content❤. And a big shout out to the cameraman. What a team.❤
Another great review Gary. We own 2 restaurants in Colorado and it is a challenging life sometimes. I love to see other restaurants all over that have the passion and skill to make customers feel special and satisfied! ❤

@zabeerkhan1776 Didnt like it when Clarkson went all political, though. He said some pretty... well... "interesting" things the last few years. But that's a whole other matter and just my personal opinion.
Gary is always concise and honest. A great resource for UK locals and tourists interested in great food experiences. Gonna keep a file of his reviews for my next UK tour. Thanks Gary.
The food did look appetizing and I would definitely want to try the butter chicken kebab, very unusual, but it looked fresh and certainly plenty of filling to make it a good meal. I always enjoy your videos and appreciate that you also figure in location and service charge feasibility when it comes to value.
Hello our Gary, lovely to see your happy go lucky personality again. I'm so glad that One has given this posh venue a go lol 🤣 I love hummus, it looked delicious. You need to try the place next door! Temper has a few locations in London - highly recommend! Try to go to the Soho location for the Sunday Roast sharing platter - best roast I’ve ever had!!
Yes, in many cases, the filling of a kebab is rolled or wrapped inside the bread, especially when served as a doner kebab or shawarma. The flatbread (like pita, lavash, or a tortilla-style wrap) is typically spread with sauces, then topped with the grilled meat, vegetables, and other toppings, before being rolled into a cylindrical shape. This style makes it convenient to eat by hand.
You clearly enjoyed yourself. You loved the food. Generous portions, I noticed. Your review is a great recommendation. Thank you for showing us. It is much appreciated.
Love your intro Gary. Try this at home...toast a piece of pitta, place open on hot plate, place on top spoons of greek yogurt, add your donnar kebab meat,Pour🎉 over a can of Campbell's thick condensed soup thinned down a little with a few dried Chile flakes in it and top with sliced red onions, suberb.

I have to agree Gary, that looked delicious and the presentation was up there with 1st class dining. Well worth £60 I'd say. Cracking review Gary. 👏🏻👏🏻
Hi Gary. First time ever commenting on one of your videos. Just wanted to say, if you're ever down in Harrogate, there's a fantastic place called Clementine's. Was over on holiday last week, and I ended up going there twice. Keep up the amazing work and love watching each and every video.
I occasionally get a takeaway doner kebab in a naan wrap, with tomatoes and onions and garlic and chilli sauce. I think its meant as street/taxi food but really it needs a kitchen table and a cloth to clean up after. £5 small is enough but £7 large clonks it with ample tidbits for Hamish the dog.
Hi Gary the best kebab I ever had was in Corfu town in Greece many moons ago and my claim to fame is I sat on the next table to Freddie Mercury great video as always 👍👍
That was superb Gary. Definitely enough for 3 people, so the value was pretty good. Agree with you on your score. I loved the humus, especially with the peanut flavour. All the food looked delicious. Thank you for sharing with us, much appreciated 👍👍👍
I don't think another of your video's has made me more hungry than this one :) Your commentary was excellent. I LOVE Kebabs and this place looks like Mecca. I'm really glad you rated it so highly - this one is on my bucket list. Thanks Gary!

The variety is great. Gary has found a few places near to me that I didn't know about and have tried on the strength of his reviews, he's also visited places that I've been going to for ages, which is always an interesting watch.
Not only was it quality it was abundant. There was generosity in those servings. I think if I'd been served any of those I'd eat part of it with a knife and fork, and only attempt a pick up after I'd diminished the filling a bit. I don't have the bite capacity to tackle that much at once. I'm actually impressed with your biting volume.
I was going to say .. 16.5 Covent garden for the dirty BAB plus a coke say 3 quid 20 quid for dinner in the West End pretty good really. The only thing i noticed was no tomatoes, which i like with Kebab.

Great review Gary - it’s heartening to see how you’ve really taken to being a fantastic presenter. Just watching this after a day walking around Valentia Island, County Kerry. Do you think we’ll see any overseas videos in the near-ish future? Wishing you all the best as always
When most of us think of a kebab we think of a Saturday night falling through the door of the the nearest outlet to the public house you’ve just had a skinful in and it’s long strips of leather masquerading as lamb drenched in chilli sauce served on a pocket of dry pitta bread , which more often than not ends up as a pavement pizza when mixed with the 10 pints of lager that were consumed earlier , but this was a million miles away from that , quality ingredients cooked and presented in a way that so appetising , although difficult to eat with any semblance of dignity but you just about managed it Gary , pricey yes , quality yes , enough to serve 3 so all in all value for money and 9/10 well earned , great review as usual my friend 👍
Interesting…..always appreciate a review in central London for when we have a trip to ‘the smoke’. That would fill you up at lunchtime and not too out of this world price wise. Nice one
Hummus dish well presented, unusual combination and glad you enjoyed it. Love the presentation of the three kebabs and it looks like a decent sized proportion. The last one with the lamp and chips and cheezy dip would be my favourite. Thanks for lunch.
Lovely food. As you say for two a £30 lunch in London is good. Don't worry, Gary, we're still a wobbly table family , after 30 yrs😅 I've started to carry beer mats for table legs
Well Gary... We both had insect problems in our videos recently - and now I can't believe you have had a bird problem - you might find out why tomorrow ha ha! Proper posh looking kebabs those - even the "dirty" one looked posh and even a bit healthy!
Those prices for Central London is actually pretty good, obviously rents are high but you will be surprised by the Business Rates they extraordinary high. The food looked rather good and certainly somewhere I would consider, more a work/mates thing than romantic date though.
Gary ,I went there today. From the welcome you receive when you walk through the door I could not fault it The food was superb the taste just lingered and thrilled the taste buds. SUPERB.
I've eaten a few kebabs in my many years...but have NEVER thought of them as 'posh nosh'.. until tonight!.. That all looked 'quality' and I would happily pay those prices if the food tasted half as good as it looks! Trust you to find a little gem like Le Bab...excellent review... as always!
my goto food from a kebab shop is doner meat on chips with melted cheese, raw onion and chilli & garlic sauce, usually around 6 quid, that definately looked like a posh version which I would love to try, loved this review Gary, cheers Gav
I never thought I could be entertained to such a degree, by watching someone having a substantial meal in a restaurant! Gary you are the best, and I thoroughly enjoy your reviews. Look forward to the next “let’s give it a go”! 😁😁😂👏 Rob from Durban, South Africa.
Gary, thanks for another excellent review. Any chance of visiting Straker's in Notting Hill. A lot of hype about Straker and his butter range/recipes - does it live up to it, I wonder? 🤔
Lovely looking food and excellent portions. For the price, I think it's pretty good for 2/3 people, it looked good enough to eat lol. Thank you for the review and have a good week!!
Gary, your imitation of a posh English accent was funny. The actor David Niven sounded the most naturally or effortlessly posh, but Dennis Price was great too and with a slight sense of parody.
That looked like an experience! I love hummus and what you chose really appealed to me! I think if I'd been there, I'd have ordered that and a side salad and been done! The kebabs looked good and definitely generously filled - but I prefer them without the bread - and that's how I get mine from my local restaurant! All the meats, salad, hummus, tabbouleh and dressings - delicious! One serves two of us! The overall cost was high, but the standard of food merited it. I get the feeling camera-son was also struggling to move afterwards! (unless he still has hollow legs, as all males are born with!)

Gary, very interesting review and a massive hike up from the classic road kill version.
This was definitely a step up on the normal kebab, Jonathon
They looked so good, having a Gary catchup after not being too well
I hope you are feeling much better now, Joanne
Love the reviews all the way from beautiful Tasmania, Australia 🇦🇺 ❤️
Cheers cobba 🍺
Thank you kindly Jade
Lovely food. As you say for two a £30 lunch in London is good. Don't worry, Gary, we're still a wobbly table family , after 30 yrs😅 I've started to carry beer mats for table legs
aha it never leaves you does it Chris and brilliant!
The Gilet Clad Chomper is back with another excellent entry. Hadn’t heard of that place but it’s made the list of restaurants to keep an eye out for.
That was very very funny, thank you very much
Just noticed the massive increase in subscribers well done! I hardly watch TV these days keep it going Gary!
Thank you very much, Jonathan
Again another great video keep up the good work
Thank you very much, Albert
Well Gary... We both had insect problems in our videos recently - and now I can't believe you have had a bird problem - you might find out why tomorrow ha ha! Proper posh looking kebabs those - even the "dirty" one looked posh and even a bit healthy!
I think you sent them over, you naughty man 😂😂😂… because I sent them over to you 😂😂😂
Those prices for Central London is actually pretty good, obviously rents are high but you will be surprised by the Business Rates they extraordinary high.
The food looked rather good and certainly somewhere I would consider, more a work/mates thing than romantic date though.
No doubt for what you get in the end, it was pretty fair!
Gary ,I went there today. From the welcome you receive when you walk through the door I could not fault it The food was superb the taste just lingered and thrilled the taste buds. SUPERB.
Brilliant to hear Mick, what did you order?
The chips with cheese sauce. Buttered Chicken and the Lamb kebab. 2 lemonades £40 Inc service. Brilliant t
It's jumper weather you look spiffy and the food looked great thank you for bringing us with you the price was not all that bad xxxxxxx
It has got that way now, Carol, it’s the end of the summer saying that I don’t know when it began, I hope you’re well xxx
I've eaten a few kebabs in my many years...but have NEVER thought of them as 'posh nosh'.. until tonight!.. That all looked 'quality' and I would happily pay those prices if the food tasted half as good as it looks! Trust you to find a little gem like Le Bab...excellent review... as always!
It was very very good Wendy. Something a bit different to the usual!
This was a happy video Gary! You’re really relaxing and letting your natural humour flow! 😂❤😂
That’s really kind and appreciated thank you
Gary the legend at it again 👏
Thank you very much, Pete
my goto food from a kebab shop is doner meat on chips with melted cheese, raw onion and chilli & garlic sauce, usually around 6 quid, that definately looked like a posh version which I would love to try, loved this review Gary, cheers Gav
That’s brilliant value wow and thank you Gav
I never thought I could be entertained to such a degree, by watching someone having a substantial meal in a restaurant!
Gary you are the best, and I thoroughly enjoy your reviews.
Look forward to the next “let’s give it a go”! 😁😁😂👏
Rob from Durban, South Africa.
That is really fine to say and very much appreciated, Rob, thank you for watching from South Africa 🇿🇦
Excellent again Gary and Cameraman all I can say I was impressed you didn't end up with any food down your jumper.
It was almost a miracle, Douglas
The wobbly table prob.
I use a piece of napkin, folding up and put under the problematic leg😆
That’s what I did in the end
Gary, thanks for another excellent review. Any chance of visiting Straker's in Notting Hill. A lot of hype about Straker and his butter range/recipes - does it live up to it, I wonder? 🤔
I really appreciate that, thank you and I will try my best... all depends how easy it is to film
@@GaryEats I think they have a few London restaurants now, so you can pick whichever is most convenient.
He's a coked up cheating nonce!
Lovely looking food and excellent portions.
For the price, I think it's pretty good for 2/3 people, it looked good enough to eat lol.
Thank you for the review and have a good week!!
Thank you and take care!
Thanks
Chris that's very kind of you my friend. Incredibly generous and a true asset to the channel.
Gary, your imitation of a posh English accent was funny. The actor David Niven sounded the most naturally or effortlessly posh, but Dennis Price was great too and with a slight sense of parody.
I’m pleased you enjoyed Thomas
Roger Moore comes to mind🍸
Hospital every day my partner is not well come home and chill out without you and greeno !!! Make my day fair play to you both xxxx😅
I really everything is ok, my thoughts are with you both Jane 🌹🌹
Well, they certainly looked better than your average kebab! Great video Gary and Son, thank you.
Thanks for watching!!
Great video, these portions in Greece are considered normal, not the prices though… usual is around €7 to sit in.
I understand your point, but you’ve got to remember the location, Arthur
@@GaryEats Fair point Gary, agree.
This was excellent quality and a lot of food, Liz, we both struggle our way through, but it was worth it in the end x
Perfect timing as always. Just as I get in ❤
I really appreciate that, thank you Ben!
