Direct lift/escalator is not there from station itself One has to walk atleast 2-5mins (depending on his walk speed ) Thank he would reach secunderabad east metro and get the facility of escalator
Better would to go to platform no 1 from platform no 7 Than get out from any exit and you should get a rickshaw Even if you book cab ...the parking at platform no 1 end is in front and you can call the cab to come there Hope it helps Thanks for watching and asking

there are 2 options 1) you can take a local train and get down at hi tech ccity station and than from there where in madhapur you want to go you can take rickshaw ( personally speaking this is very good option because its economical & you dont have to walk much) 2) get out of secundrabad station and go to secunderabad east metro station ( which when you get out of railway station is on right side but you have to walk) & take metro train till Durgam Cheruvu from there you can reach to anywhere in madhapur
