Just a suggestion...even though this is more customizable since it is done manually... for the stacked outline text u could achieve the same look with a repeater on a shape layer made from the text...u can set the copies to 6 or how many u need and use the transform of the repeater...its perfect for these type of situations
Muchas gracias por el video, ya pasaron 2 años desde que lo publicaste, pero me ha ayudado mucho en los días que toca cyber day o week , saludos desde Chile!!
Thank you for this tutorial! I had a question- at 1:25 I am dragging the secondary text composition to my layer that i duplicated, it always creates a layer instead of merging the layer into the text I created. Can you help me with this?
this problem is keeping me from continuing unfortunately... I don't know how you simply dragged and dropped but for some reason it just isn't letting me
Why did you convert the Text layer to Shape Layer? Instead of removing the fill and adding stroke in Character Panel In this way, you can still edit the Text. But it's great by the way
Hey Josh! I think someone mentioned this as well to me, the answer is: I actually didn't know that I could do that! Hahah now I know, thanks to you guys :)
I've downloaded the project file, and was able to change the main text to the title i wanted. How do I go ahead and change the text for the rest of the stacked layers, to match the main text?
Hi, great tutorial, I was wondering if there was a way to automate the repetitions and make the go from smaller to big or vice versa? Also in the beginning of the video you showed some reference in black and white I think written float, was wondering if you had tutorials for those examples as they could be really handy! Thanks :)
Hey! So did you want to have a different text for the main & secondary text? If you go inside the precomp, you'll just have to edit the text layer (NOT the shape layer. you cant change the text on Shape layer).

Where did you get the "Adieu" font?
It's paid from Good Type Foundry. If you have Adobe Fonts, one alternative is Loos Extended Bold.
Pls make ai tuts too
Please name the font in the Intro scene “ STACKED ” ?
I literally mentioned that in the video.
Adieu is French, it's meaning bye
