    You can even go a step earlier. Set the expectations. Go for the preventative action rather than reacting. Other than that, great model & video.

    your way to soft on them, a problem needs to be addressed and not in a hippy dippy way where we figure out peoples feelings. Heres the problem, heres what I would like to see in this amount of time and if your not going to improve remember Im the one sending those checks you cash so if you would like to continue to see those checks I suggest improvement

      Thank you for taking the time to comment. It depends on whether your goal is compliance or commitment/engagement. The goal of the coaching method described in this video is to invest in the relationship with our employees and partner together for the best possible results, including getting buy-in and commitment moving forward. Different methods result in different outcomes.
