I love that green yarn for that textured sweater! It would be beautiful on you and it’s a gorgeous fall color.

You have so many beautiful options to choose from, I’m looking forwards to see which one you decide to do first. I love the fall colours for the shawl, particularly the burnt embers colour. Best wishes with following your dream of writing a book! 🧶📙

love the knit you are wearing and usually i'm not really into bobbles, doing them or wearing them but the ones in the sweater look kind of like a crochet version and more smooth then nubbely. I'd really like to get a long-haired chihuahua like Odette one day. 🐶 we had our Lily who was a rescue ( bichon frise) for 13 years almost and loved her so much.

I vote for the green yarn! Of course you had me looking up what suri yarn is, alpaca! Surprise , surprise! Exciting news that you want to pursue writing. Looking forward to seeing you at the Fibre Fest!

Good for you sticking wth your dream of writing a novel. I always said I wanted to be an author when I was a kid (which was funny since I didn’t actually like reading). Unfortunately I had a caregiver that killed that dream when she told me I needed to be good at spelling to be an author (something I always struggled with). It’s sad how adults’ comments can have such a negative impact on kids’ beliefs in themselves as they grow up.

Hope you don't mind if I say Vicki, you could still do it.

@@nancywillick5737 I could, but I don't have the interest anymore. Although I do love reading now, so that's a plus. And I have so many hobbies I want to do and not enough hours in the day. LOL Sometimes interest change as you get older.

@@vickishaw374 You've sure got that right!!! Dana taught me to knit, so I have her to blame for the yarn collection. I've been working (on and off) on knit toys. Lots of fun but very fiddly and time-consuming. Not enough hours in my day during summer while I'm trying to do ALL the THINGS!!! Reading, gardening, sewing/selling clothes for Sphynx, snuggling the naked little cats and fuzzy little dogs... And yeah, just changing interests as you get older! But you know what? You can always flip back to the things you love while discovering new things to enjoy!
