I'll be honest, I first discovered postal through a certain pirate-related binge a long time ago. Since then, I own every game with the RWS logo on it (yes, even THAT one...) and I regret nothing. Happy birthday Postal, and to you too RWS, here's to many more years.
I think most franchises like to distance from their Uwe Boll adaptation but Postal embraces it, because he was the only director that could make a janky mess appropriate for this game Franchise
Running with Scissors is the heart of the gaming community for showing that a game company really cares and understands their fans. Though we needed more dick jokes in the video that was quite lacking.
RWS is one of the last long running studios to keep their respect for nearly their entire running cycle with their moderate fans. Making games (slowly) doing proper apologies that are not just "were sorry" and never forgetting their roots. It will be a sad day when this streak ends, but lets hope the Dude gets that paycheck from Vince. Never change RWS, keep going and best of luck in all your future endeavors. Lets hope one of you poor sods makes it to the next mall update lol.

I discovered Postal exactly a year ago, and I feel this is one of the best titles ever. Postal 2 was my first, and the level of detail is awesome. I’m still playing paradise lost (I can’t seem to finish it, it’s never ending but I love it), bought Redux and brain damaged a few days ago and I’m buying Postal 4 one of these days. Big fan of your work guys, thanks!

There has to be some kind of balance with dark and comedy or we'll just have an another Hatred in our hands. Not trying to say it shouldn't be dark, the last thing I want would be some whacky quirky funni game but I'm not too much for the pure edginess either. Postal 1 worked back in the day because it wasn't something people had really seen before but now it would be just recycling. I do think they should up the shock factor without caring what people like critics, SJWs etc. cry about. The franchise was built on it and it's a huge part of Postal's identity.

The kind of mystery and gritty creepiness it had to it was great and if RWS someday decides to return back to their roots even just a bit it would be interesting to see. Aesthetically and psychologically dark but not taking itself too seriously. Not sure how they could make it work though. Maybe the Dude sees the world something like in P2 but we would periodically get flashes as to what's really going on in reality and it could be truly some macabre s#ht? Idk.
I was searching for free stuff on steam when i saw Postal, i though it was the most dark shit that i had ever played, and it changed my life and how i am and act, then i starded to make music and stuff because of this series, i met the music samples because of the game themes and i confess that it was the best thing that i have ever did, thank you Running With Scissors team my love for you guys is more then i can think of.
i love how postal actually got a rlly awesome metalcore band to write music 4 them (which is an absolute AWESOME move coming from a 2000s metalcore/deathcore fan) and its not shitty argent metal

Any day now those of us without $2000 to spend on a PC can also enjoy a 20 year old game with very limited system requirements! I don't care if everyone is playing on their ps8. I'm going for this.
