I want to replace the drive belt for Honda Model HRM 215 SXA lawn mower 25 years old. How do I open the center screw in order to take the old belt out and insert the new one.
Hi Tom The Rings were the problem. Later in the session I needed to adjust the governor so the RPM were higher. The owner says it's still running great.

I couldn't get it off either. Then I went and grabbed my impact like he has and it came right off.
