Hey, I am late to the party... Tighnari is North Africian in design, which accounts for his clothes being so coloful... The belt that he is wearing (with the bright color cords) is called a Agus, it is traditionally worn by Kablye women. The hood he wears is a djellaba (although it is shorter than normal) and is from Morocco, it is commonly worn by both men and women. The white draped cape is a burnous, often worn by Kablye men during a wedding or when it is cold. Burnous are also often worn with short sleeves for freedom of movement for their arms, although they swapped the free arm and covered arm. His pants is a sarouel, which are traditionally Persian but is also commonly worn in Northern Africa. Lastly, a part of his design is based off of a Fennec Fox, which is only found in North Africa and the middle east, while also being the national animal of Algeria. The color scheme for him is pretty on brand for the clothe he wears....
The bar fills in a set order(clockwise/anticlockwise idk) rather than like filling each quadrant. So because of that there's no guarantee that it's gonna be in the direction that's unlit.
they're just *usually* placed like a star formation with the chest in the middle; so if there's one torch north of the chest, the rest would be in east south and west of the chest as an avid explorer, i've been using this rule quite a ton and so far the only exception was this one chest and another one in enkanomiya. and honestly it weirds me out because they could just not put the bar under the chest if they're not going to stick to the rule
I don't know if I'm the only one who feels this way... but while I did enjoy the performance of the previous VA, knowing the kind of person he is and what he has done effectively ruined his voice for me. I couldn't get through any of the scenes in EN whenever his voice comes up, regardless of his performance as Tighnari. So him being replaced is quite a relief honestly. That said, I will admit that some of the new voicelines sound a bit scuffed (it reeks of "recorded in his bedroom rather than a professional studio" vibes), but I'm guessing it is due to how little time they had to record and edit the audio. Hopefully they will update the voicelines gradually in future patches.
I liked the personality of the old va before he got exposed but I never liked his performance tho. Glad they got a new VA in such a short time. there is no doubt they needed to replace him with everything he did. The new voice is great and gives us a new side of the character. I'm looking for some not rushed voice lines in the future. :)

The new VA is fine I guess but holy crap is it generic, I would NEVER be able to guess who was speaking just by the voice and while that's not the worst thing ever, it's not exactly a good thing either. Meh... Maybe one day I'll lose a 50/50 to Tighnari but until that happens it's not like this change will affect me and by then I probably won't even remember about the VA change.

Listen bro, It was made in a hurry and I am sure Zachary didn't have much time but atleast let's Be glad to have him to choose this role even tho there were alot of voices of Tighnari AND he did them all, Take it as a granted for now i know he will do better when he gets more comfortable In this voice. Can't we just give this new VA a chance? I know everyone Got attached to elliots voice but let's just let go of it. Also Tighnari is a busy person and I think that his calmness in the voice makes me happy to use him. I know He sounded like Mika at first but the time I used him he completely sounds different than Mika but rather more Mature and very calm, His sass is still there also Not most of the majority want The new voice Tone to be like Old voice tone. @@koharuchitzu7252 fair, but the majority don’t want him sounding like a child either of which he does now. They picked the wrong va, it happens, but hopefully they either are looking for someone with the correct tone of voice or eventually just use auto tune to fix his voice

The new VA is fine I guess but holy crap is it generic, I would NEVER be able to guess who was speaking just by the voice and while that's not the worst thing ever, it's not exactly a good thing either.
Meh... Maybe one day I'll lose a 50/50 to Tighnari but until that happens it's not like this change will affect me and by then I probably won't even remember about the VA change.
I have to agree with your statement, there's something unique about his old VA that you cannot detach from the character

Tighnari sounds too young now, isn’t he a top scholar that also refuses to be in the akademiya. He sounds like a shy Mika in middle school. Why didn’t they get him for Mika that would have been a perfect match, and get another va for tighnari that sounds more adultish like the rest of the sassy sumeru boys. Now he’s going to sound much younger than Cyno, Kaveh, and Al haitham. He’s totally out of place.
