If you watched his videos throughout the year, you already know what 1,2,3 were. He always compared any flagship to those 3. You may not agree w his Top 10, but it's very original and definitely his own and not corp influenced. He has a lot of phones not known or widely available in the US. Everyone else's Top 10 looks the same as each other.
I don't think it's very original. I love Flossy but pretty much every Western influencer loves Samsung. The audience in a western market is going to be made up almost entirely of Apple and Samsung users and I'm not at all surprised to see that he put three out of four of them in the top. The fact is Samsung has been dog s*** the last few years using plastic backs on $1,000 phones removing expandable storage, less RAM, removing QHD screens.....

I ordered the Pixel 6 instead of the Pixel 6 Pro on accident and was gonna return it. But after 2 days I decided to keep it. Phone is absolutely amazing for $600. My first Google phone and I think I'm gonna stick with this brand for a while

I bought the Z Fold 3 after literally having watched your hour long real review. You helped me make a very important decision, and that's very rarely the case with me since I don't buy the whole "I'm a TH-camr, therefore the products I endorse are the way to go". All my friends who haven't seen the S21U or the 13 Pro Max cameras for example, are very impressed, but because I've tested both, I can safely say that while they're good cameras, there are definitely better models if that's your "thing".. Especially in video, when switching from ultra wide to main, unless you're standing directly in sunlight, it literally looks like a jump cut between video from an S21 to one of those potato ufo cameras. Other than that, the back display feature is an absolute treat and my friends keep asking me to take their pictures so they can see themselves 🙂

Have you or anyone found a really good screen protector that you like. I found one but it's a cheap one that I have to replace about once a month because when I game on it the triggers eventually tear a hole in it.

Using the Fold 3 I think the reason why Samsung won't make the width wider is because the aspect ratio of the inner screen. If they did that it'll make the screen a square and then you have huge bezels on the inner screen. There are benefits to a wider front screen, one it makes it more usable and have a better aspect ratio it self. But also it might allow them to use the extra real-estate for an s-pen which would be a game changer. I just doubt Samsung would make a Fold with a square inner screen. We'll see this fall lol Happy New Year!
@@RedCdot I think the s-pen inside the phone would be enough of an upgrade for the 4. Also removing the crease the way Oppo was able too. Those too things plus the usual yearly gpu upgrade might be enough. Only other things would be a larger battery (maybe 5000mah?) And something higher than 25w fast charging (45w?). That would do it for me personally.
Flossy doesn't realize, that if they make the Z Fold as wide as the Oppo Find N and still with the same height, that he would have the same problems he have with Instagram in the Oppo. He will not be able to watch all the content properly. If the phone screen is too squared, it will suck for watching content, so Samsung is doing it right, but the cost of that is having a thin front screen.

Great breakdown of the years best phones. The phones especially in the top 5 are so good and so close in features/capabilities that it's hard to pick among them. I think this year will be even harder especially in the flagship category. Sadly some of these flagships will remind China only, the Find N so far is and the Realme flagship due put in a few weeks also might be, and the Vivo iQOO 9 and it's X80 sibling and the Xiaomi 12 Ultra is coming out next month with that crazy large circular camera module design. Rumors of a Pixel Fold are still flying around. 2022 can potentially be the most exciting year for phones yet.

I think the size of the Z fold is good. If they go with more width and the same height forget about putting it in your pocket... it'll be way to big. I think they should just focus on the screen, more features like with the camera and also make it thinner.

If they are GSM unlocked you can use them with any carrier. The only carrier that you may have a problem with is Verizon.

I think the size of the Z fold is good. If they go with more width and the same height forget about putting it in your pocket... it'll be way to big. I think they should just focus on the screen, more features like with the camera and also make it thinner.
I disagree, if you can fit the Oppo in your pocket you can easily fit a wider Z Fold 3 😂

Flossy is pretty much the only TH-camr who gave the Mi 11 Ultra the love and credit it deserves. I saw a lot of top phones of 2021 videos and this phone was barely mentioned.
The Z Fold 3 definitely deserves the number one spot. It's been a joy to use since day one for me.
