Regina Spector is a great singer, who has a devoted crowd of fans. This song sounds way more mature than some of her early ones; clearly being a Mom brings her music to another level. Her voice range is amazing; the composition of the songs allows her to present all of it whenever and wherever she wants. Very, very talented musician, and from what we see in the public - a great person, too!
i cant hear it without crying because it reminds me of my sister who died earlier this year. we are both big regina fans and it breaks my heart she cant enjoy the newest album.

Just saw her live a few days ago. I last saw her in 2007. 15 years between shows and she was just as magical as ever. I feel like she has grown up with us and yet has always been wiser and more talented than her years. So grateful to exist during your timeline, Regina!
We could all use Regina's voice right now, her sensitive and playful nature taps into so much of what is pure about us humans- and lately we've been trending away from that. I'm happy for her and her husband on their family- I look forward to many more beautiful songs and of growing alongside, collectively, with all of you- and Regina reminds me of that.

She truly is the greatest talent I've ever seen, and what an honor to hear her pour out all her gift in the form of music. Becoming All Alone, like so many other songs of hers, managed to get better live, because of the emotion on her face and in her voice. I love you Regina, glad you exist.

Some people have taste and others don't. In my experience most people who's music taste i respect usually has either heard of her or likes her after being introduced. Her semi classical style also isn't for everyone.

what's so unfortunate about her is that literally EVERY FEMALE SINGER is now required to imitate her singing affectations and now every faux-quirky solo girl sounds exactly the same. Ironically, Regina is sounding more authentic than ever.
