@@yui870 S4 opening is great. Both music and visuals are really powerful and blend together quite well. I think it's the best opening of the show yet, but the song itself unfortunately isn't that great overall. While it starts off really strong, it can't keep it up until the end. The songs that sweet ARMS performed however don't fall off halfway through, they are awesome all the way from start to end.

Eh, I think it'd be more of a 5/10 without her, 9/10 with her. She doesn't have main character staying power either, I watched her spinoffs. Could be the story for it though. She's definitely a good character in the grand scheme. I mean, she's very important to the story, because everytime you see her you know a major plot point is about to unfold. I don't think she's a strong enough character to be on her own though.

Plus, she's far more interesting than any other character. You said it yourself, whenever she make an appearence you know shit is about to get serious. I watched the spin offs to, including the date with her, and honestly those are probably better than the majority of the episodes in the main show, interestingly enough.

When I posted.that comment I had just started to watch date a live so I was still grasping the story so now I realize that this is barely a harem anime it's more.of a biographical story there are some harem elements but there's no where near the level of say highschool dxd. P.S I love highschool dxd it also has an amazing story my point was that it's harem aspect is a lot stronger than date a live

Date A Live is so much more than a harem anime. I abandoned High School DxD after two seasons, but DAL really got me hooked due to its interesting story and likable characters.

despite Date A Live being a harem anime, it's still pretty good. You need to focus a bit, but the plot is actually pretty in depth and interesting.
