After 3 years of usage and replacing ear cussing in this hear, the biggest drawback for ma are: - narrow plastics on both sides of the bead band exploded/cracked so I had to use ribbon and adhesive tape to fix it - the headband started to wear out, under it is black like in q30 I think? - If you don't connect 2 devices at the beginning (or disconnect with one) the device will no auto connect and will not allow you to connect, you had to turn off Bluetooth on device that is still connected, then turn Bluetooth on and connect to both devices - the super annoying "notifications" - sounds that cut off the sound that you currently listening completely for couple of seconds, when you + connect to device, + lose connection, + turn on volume to max, + and change headphones mode (Transparency/ANC/Normal)
I trust the buttons way more then touch controls. In my experience the touch is finicky and I generally wear hoodies but yes I can see why you would want more touch controls
Hmmm that's hard, earbuds are a different thing altogether IMO. If you are in a place to wear over ear headphones, I think they are superior, but if earbuds are what you are looking for there isn't a comparison. I would recommend first deciding what your needs are and go from there.

I read lots of reviews saying the best value is the Q30 and upgrading isn't worth it but what would you do if you hadn't bought any headphones yet and these were your first pair?
I noticed you didn't go into any details about the high resolution audio. Can you elaborate on what that entails regarding these headphones? Also are the ear cups round or oval and do your ears touch the edges or drivers? Otherwise good promo video.
Hey!! So the high res audio over wireless or wired is going to allow you to take advantage of the high res files store on a digital audio player or from a streaming service that has HiFi audio like Tidal. Typically you lose quality over Bluetooth and on lower-end headphones, you can even lose quality over a wired connection. This is an awesome breakdown here: www.sony.net/Products/LDAC/ With that said, the headphones are round, not oval. For me, the very tips of the top of my ears touch gently but otherwise are nicely encapsulated inside the ear cups.

@@rohith1099 yes you just gotta tweak the sound at your personal best. Your phone should have install eq Once you tweak it best your gonna like it promise.
I read a lot of negative review in amazon about this headphones there are over bass in normal mode and some are too bass in mosly in left side plus el jefe review is the only youtuber point out some of the issue make me think some youtuber are sale out to soundcore.
Me and El Jefe are friends but have a bit different opinions sometimes. I like the sound profile personally. The genres I tested I enjoyed it immensely. You always have to know that sound is subjective to the listener.

I went for the 35's when available for 85USD, the sale made it a far easier choice

I think these are better, especially with the app to be able to tune them more to what you prefer. 805s are great but these take the lead IMO
