I thought its called a Maxi Case not super case on the 116610. Never heard it called a super case before lol. I have a 14060M in my collection (2001 my daughters birth year) love its classic design 2 line text no date and no text on rehaurt.
Correct. People call them a variety of things. Sort of like they call the batman watch that name. ROLEX does not call it anything except the BLNR. There are several examples of stupid nicknames folks give watches. You are correct about the rehualt and the serial numbers. Forgot to mention that. Thanks for watching
The current model is a better watch but the pre ceramic looks so much better. Old school for me.

Pretty sure the Ceramic sub is a 41mm case, and the non ceramic is a 40mm case?
No. Thr brand new one that came put in 2020ish is a 41mm. This one e is a 116610LN. It is 40mm
Super case 11 series subs were such a horrible design. Glad Rolex fixed the case with the new 12 series submariners.
What was terrible about them?
Loved my old 5 digit Sub. Really dislike the max-case.

How much they worth
They seem to be trending about $9k for thr ceramic and $7k for the no date non ceramic. I am not a watch dealer so that is an estimate
