WHAT. A. GAME. Thank you guys so much for all the constant support. As heartbreaking as this game was, I absolutely loved it! CLEMENTINE TOP 10 ALL TIME😤
WHY CLEM SURVIVED: The developers actually made a statement as to why Clem survived the bite and Lee didnt. Clem had a huge wound on her leg which caused her to lose a lot of blood and slowed down the infection significantly. The severity of her blood loss made her look so pale and weak. Aj cut clems leg off which made her go unconscious. With the flint out of the cave and the hay in the barn he managed to start a fire and cauterize her wound. He used the rope in the barn to wrap around Clems leg and apply pressure. Aj covered Clem in walker guts and used his last strength to get her in the wheelbarrow and drive her back to school. Thats basically how she survived
@@The-Minionarthur morgan just is realistic and deep, clementine is built off of situations and trauma and stays good despite the circumstances and makes mistakes off of her trauma. Two great characters
Showing emotions is not a thing to be ashamed of. The people who thinks like that should be ashamed. I love Jett and his gameplays because his reactions are the best, he is real for that. We Love You Jett 🖤💜
Jet being unafraid to cry and show his vulnerability is what separates him from a lot of male content creators. It's a beautiful thing to see when he connects and sympathizes with each and every character he interacts with. Don't ever stop being you Jettro
33:39 I didn’t even realize there was a way for James to defend you. I thought he either died or he ditched you in the caves. Never doubt Jett’s ability to talk someone down in these games lol
Well, by honoring his requests throughout the game does that and then telling me not to push his beliefs onto other people. Well, excluding sparing Lily since he would die if you honored that request lol.
"Did I do a good job." That line always gets me. It is a culmination of everything Clem has gone through. Of everything she's learned, everyone she's met, everyone she's killed, the loved ones she's lost, and the decisions she's made, and after everything she's had to put AJ through. At her most vulnerable, after finally knowing that AJ and her have a home to be safe in, with a family to care for, all that's on her mind is if she did a good job. It's fantastic.
@cjlovescatz that's what makes that line great. She doubts herself at every moment because of her age, unsure of her choices while trying to raise someone younger than her, almost like she was taught. But she's still just a kid.
@@Delatrow certainly. we get a lot of that in season two as well. more like we realize it before her, when shes faced with all of the problems the adults were going through. even raised one of their children she was burdened with these responsibilities when lee past. he was the only one who treated her like a kid. though to be fair he also gave her jobs to do too
@cjlovescatz Lee raised her right. Even when he himself was unsure, he raised her right, taught her to survive, and readied her for the world ahead by herself.
Dear Jett, I'm a viewer from far away (Germany) and just wanted to thank you for this whole journey. I never was the type to comment on any video I watched because I was to lazy and stuff. But your character and your channel and everything I've been seeing from you since you had 35k on YT... Games like God of War, Red Dead 2, Detroit Become Human really made me love Gaming... It didn't take long and you became my fav TH-camr ever, just because of the passion you showed playing my favourite games and I fell in love with your style of editing which leads me to writing you an appreciation essay. Well that is simple: When I opened YT the other day and saw that you're starting a series of my favourite game-series ever aka. The Walking Dead I was happy like a little kid. I craved every new episode since and felt every emotion you felt when you played that beautiful series e.g. when Lee died, when Kenny returned in S2, when Gabe and David died in S3, when Lee "returned" in S4 and most importantly was this EP as a whole. I literally have never been that entertained through a single TH-camr. The way you don't surpress your emotions in your videos just makes love your content even more and you should NEVER be ashamed of that. It's a trait not many TH-camrs have and that makes you so unique to the (now and soon to be more) 180k Followers you have. Lastly I want to say that if you have 1 billion fans: I am one of them, if you have 1 million fans: I am one of them, if you have 1000 fans I will be one of them and if you have one singular fan: I will be that fan. I really hope you see and read this and that you stay the way you are and keep up your amazing and awesome content. I'll leave this little comment here and wish you all the best for the future and I cant wait for your next project. Stay safe Jett ❤
The "Still Not Bitten" team are all the people who worked on TWD with Telltale, and then moved over to Skybound to finish the game after Telltale went under.
The thought of this season being abandoned after Episode 1 (when Telltale went bankrupt) is really depressing. So glad they managed to finish this series with help of skybound games with the best ending they possibly could have made
@@TvillrightFacts, the Still Not Bitten and Skybound are legends for ensuring we got the best finale to Clem's story possible. Genuinely my favorite season out of all the walking dead despite the circumstances the people making it were put in. In a way it's a blessing the team was small but made of nothing but passionate people who understood what the walking dead meant to so many people. They no longer had to deal with the moronic higher-ups that didn't have the care the devs did for the series with S3 being the most rushed season because of them.
Preach my guy, I remember to this day, the experience of waiting for every episode of this season coming out. Starting off with the first demo for episode 1 of season 4 being so hyped and everyone so excited and mindblown by the animation quality, story and gameplay. Man, the devastation the entire community felt when it was announced the company was shutting down, and how long we the fans were left believing there would never be another episode after episode 2 of season 4. Then Skybound the legends took over to finish the job and man us fans had never had a greater experience when it came to this franchise, than having the absolute masterful ending between episode 3 and 4. Til this day I remember the episode 3 leaks and all the click baiters exploding with "Lee Everett comes back in Season 4" 😭 Watching this reminded me of all those years, and now I'm feeling nostalgic
@@iPokee_yeah I liked the idea of showing a different perspective of the apocalypse and how it started, but it felt rushed and like they didn’t know what they wanted to do with it. Honestly they should’ve had more than 4 seasons if they wanted to do that.
@@nightwolf9375 that was not even the worst problem for me. In a lot of cases the script is just lazy. Like when Javier drops his weapon in that trailer, I mean wtf
Seeing Tenn at the end as a walker made me feel like James might have been onto something, because even as a walker, Tenn had his same mannerisms that he had when he was alive, the holding his arms close to himself, fiddling with his hands, the same posture. Wild to think that maybe James was right.
@@Honey70708it’s not very clear because in the show in the beginning they show signs of having their old mannerisms but then later walkers who had recently turned didn’t. It’s pretty much up to you if you think there is something there or not
When I think back to the start of this game, like many people I think of Lee and Clementine, and it is sad that as the time passes, lee and those around him die but Clem survives in the end, and as we then follow Clementine the rest of those who were once with us at the start die off one by one, and in the end Clementine is the only person in the world who remembers Lee, but not just him, Kenny, Ben, Duck, all of them, are dead now and if she were to die too then nobody would remember them, what they did to protect their own how they struggled and anguished over their choices, the only one who remembers, the only one left is Clementine. I also think back to each of them when they die, and I realize that they never knew if what they were going to do would work, they didn't know if they would really save the day, when Lee said his goodbye to Clem, he didn't know if she would live this long or if she would die the moment she left that building.. he just had to have faith, and that is beautiful to me ya know? This game is tragic, but bittersweet and in the end they did it. They lived.
Jett’s willingness to be vulnerable and authentic has quickly made him one of my favourite content creators. It’s been great following him on this journey!
Exactly, I love how much he cares for real, and gets into the story. After all, I watch reactors to see them react. And feeling connected to the story is a part of it.
i liked how they did that it was very fitting for this season especially since it was the last i hope for a dlc for aj and they dont make a season 5 since it would ruin the story
@@3brownn3 that’s true but at least they confirmed that it’s not canon, it’s the author’s own “version” of Clem without any actual knowledge of her character
@@i_curlyy I don't think they've done that I'm afraid. An article about that popped up recently but it has been proven to be fake. Skybound's official stance still is that the comics are cannon, I'm afraid.
I became a fan of Jettro at the beginning of the first season of TWD. So, from jokes to crying at the end of the first season I knew it was gonna be an amazing series to watch him play. It’s hard to fine genuine TH-camrs that show such passion in gaming and straight up vulnerability towards a large audience is a hats off in my book. I played this game when I was 13, (I’m now 25) waiting every 2 months for the next episode to come out, from playing the final season in my 20’s was a rollercoaster of emotions. I was able to watch Jett, play through the whole series and feel all those emotions and to be able to feel closure in it again and to obviously have a favourite TH-camr in the end of it. Long story short, I thank you Jettro. You’ve played this game with compassion, willingness and patience. I’m glad we weren’t the only ones to cry. I love you, brother bear! *if you see this*
Louis loved singing. it was his charm, singing, talking, joking, making a situation easier to handle, he was lighting up every moment, but lilly could take it from him forever by cutting his tongue off. Violet had a deep connection with stars, she loves stargazing and sharing the moment with a person she loves, clementine. She was a harsh person but she was always so light when it was a night time and the sky was full of stars and constellations, but her sadness after being taken by the raiders, bomb explosion took her ability to enjoy the thing she loved the most away, she got blind. there is no point in hating on any of them, they both had a valid reason to react the way they did, they both suffered. they both deserved better.
genuine question. dont violet's eyes heal? like she obviously wont be able to see like before but i always thought her vision was coming back at the end.
@@tmoneydamaster20 violet sadly can barely see out of her one not blind eye so she still has to rely on everyone if she isnt in ericsons, because she can only make out some shapes and colors :((
Clem’s face was pale because of the amount of blood loss (I think). It was only a little amount of time with her bite so she survived it when aj cut it off. Lee had many hours with his bite
The injury probably slowed the bite’s progress through her blood stream too. It was the severity of her wound and the high blood loss that ironically ended up saving her.
jett’s beginning voice over has me scared even though i know what happens? his vulnerability is just another characteristic that i love so much. sob as much as you want to jett, we’ll sob with you lmao
Same I just started the video and his little opening monologue has me NERVOUS even though I’ve played the game lmao 😭 and i agree his vulnerability is so refreshing and it’s why he’s my FAV 🩷
"I have no more tears left to cry" Telltale: "Am I a joke to you?" 😭 Oh this was a hard watch man, I felt your heart breaking. Never apologize for crying, it shows how much you get into the games like so, so many of us do, and it's something most of us are honored to experience having a game touch our hearts like this. These stories are modern art, and it's beautiful, even tho it can be devistating.
The thing that you are embarrassed about showing so publicly, being your deep emotional awareness and empathy, is exactly why we are watching Jett. Seeing your reaction to this game reignited how I felt the very first time experiencing this beautiful story, something very few people could possibly do.
Slight cruel parallel is how in Lee's last moment after he gets shot he has that little gasp from his voice actor being in tears after voicing the last part and then they do the same with Clem's last moments in the series with it fading into black with her gasping with relief at it all finally being over with her being able to rest so similar between the two yet the situations are so different
i was never interested in the walking dead before, at first when jett announced playing it i can't lie i was disappointed but the game grew on me so fast, every time the playlist was getting updated it was everything i could think about, it was giving me some kind of a motivation for the whole day. right now the walking dead is my the most favourite game, it's way deeper than just a game, it changed something in me. Jett, thank you so much for all this time, for all the episodes, hours, incredible emotions, tears of grief and joy. it may be the end of the franchise, but it's definitely not the end for this journey with you, we love you so much and we're always going to be here for you, we're always going to be waiting for the new journey you're taking us on. thank you
Yeah I was a heavy hater of this choice to play the game because I really don’t like these games I only played season 1 and could not understand why a shitty point n click adventure got 3 more seasons on top of the pay by the episode monetization model. but I also gotta admit jettros playthrough/reaction has made me respect the game I don’t think I’ll ever spend the time to play this but he has made a hater actually enjoy the game even consider it as a pretty damn good game there’s still a lot that I think could be better. but overall they did a good job with it and have mostly good writing overall W playthrough from him I’m glad he’s enjoyed it a lot and I’m glad I did as well been following him since the very first red dead ep.
@@az_street_walker4181the one thing i appreciated most is the character development through out the series also i recommend plsying the game again if you could thoigh if you got spoiled through most of it then it kind of takes the suprise away but you could start the game with your own choices trust me its my top 5 games oat

One of my favorite playthroughs of the Telltale walking dead series!! Not only were you hilarious but also so much emotion which is exactly what it takes to play this series. Right up there with Berleezy !! Please continue playing the other telltale games!!! Wolf among us and Batman !!!
It seems that Minnie saved Clem, the wound on Clem's leg was bleeding a lot, it seems that the infection was slowly leaking along with the blood and keeping her safe. Note: the wound and the bite were in the same place
Since we can only experience a story for the first time once, I always enjoy seeing passionate new players experiencing their first playthrough when I'm feeling nostalgic. Great stuff man. Thank you.
Jet nobody laughing at you crying. You a real man for doing so, this game was a journey and you resonated with me the most throughout each game, Red Dead Redemption and II, The last of us 1 and 2, The walking dead? yeah that too. Don't ever feel ashamed for having emotions.
This series will forever be GOATED, it’s really the only decision based game out with multiple seasons and I love it for that. About the ranch, the reason Clem had nightmares about it was because the people she took out were actually all GOOD GUYS. The ranch was being attacked by another group as Clem was coming to gt AJ (as seen by the background gunfire and the place burning down), and the people there assumed she was one of them which is why they were hostile when in reality they were just protecting their home and that lady was protecting AJ 💔 I know bro hates these types of games for the distress they bring, but I need to see more of them! Some of Telltale's other great games are: The Wolf Among Us (an atmospheric mystery game with a cool world), Batman S1&S2 (a very creative and new adaptation of Batman lore), and Tales From The Borderlands (Telltale's funniest game, with a strong footprint in Borderlands lore while being its own thing) are all must-plays for the future!
Oh 500%. All my faves, and I'd say no where near as stressful as TWD though they may have their moments lol. Borderlands is my favorite ever I think. I only ever had 1 single beef with it, and it's the way it shoves a certain path down your throat the same way TWD S3 did lmao. You literally gotta put your entire SOUL into saying 'no ty' and be an ass to resist it, makes me crazy.
I say with sincerity that Jettro is one of the best male figures on the internet right now. His openness and willingness to show emotion is such a breath of fresh air and it’s so great to see. (PS Jett I think you would absolutely love the Bioshock games and I’d love to see them on the channel) ❤️
Late to the party, but I have to say, Jettro, that this is the best of many, many playthroughs of TWDG I've seen. Humour, involvement, emotion...you gave it your all. Just superb! Thanks so much for sharing your journey of this amazing game.
I genuinely believe that Jetts videos should be studied by future generations to analyze the emotional impact video games can have as a storytelling medium
I cried so hard when Clementine “died”. And I cried even harder when I heard her voice again with “Hey there little goofball”. I grew up with the games for years. I played season 1 in the year it was released when i was 17 years old and every season after, when they came out. Clementine was like a daughter to me. Watching her grow up over the years... always remembering that she used to be a happy, innocent little girl. Always thinking about all the people she met on her way and how they all died over time. It really broke my heart when I thought she was dead. Hearing her voice again was, no joke, the happiest moment of my life. It may sound sad, but I've never cried of JOY before - But there I did! This game absolutely fantastic! And it was a pleasure watching you going through it. Your TWD videos are the greatest i've seen
Very similar to my experience. I played the first and second season in my teens. I'm now 26, I just played through all 4 seasons over the last couple of months, just finishing it last night. I've never cried so hard over a game before.
I have watched you play every single episode of every single season of this game, you're probably at the top of my list of favorite people to watch play this. I love how immersed you got into this game series and how you actually show your real emotions. I know you've said you didn't like decision based games but I hope after this experience you'll be more open to trying more genres of games you wouldn't have tried before. That being said, If you want to play another TellTale game, I'd recommend The Wolf Among US. Also in the future after playing many more games, I'd love to see your list of best video game characters.
With this season and this series as a whole coming to a close, here’s some behind the scenes stuff for Season 4: - Ericson’s Boarding School was originally only going to be one of many locations Clem finds throughout the game. However, possibly due to Telltale’s financial troubles at the time, this idea was scrapped, leaving Ericson’s to become the main setting of the game. This is also probably why there were only 4 episodes instead of 5. - There was a time during this game’s development where Telltale considered bringing back Christa as the main villain, but they scrapped this idea due to it being out of character for Christa, leading to Lilly becoming the villain instead, leaving Christa’s fate unknown. - The game was originally supposed to end with Clementine returning to her old home, which would have been overgrown and abandoned. They scrapped this idea, probably because it didn’t make much sense, and reused Clementine’s house model for one of the menu screens in the definitive edition. - Ericson’s was going to be a much larger area than seen in final product, with a lot more areas of the school you could explore throughout the game. One of these areas (seen in concept art for Season 4) is a part of the school that had been burnt down, this unseen area being the possible origin of Tenn’s burn, which is unexplained in the final game. - Not a behind the scenes fact but the final episode, “Take Us Back,” is named after the song that plays in the end credits of Season 1.
The original plan telltale had for season 4 was for it to be a roadtrip game with each episode taking place in a new location. When telltale went under, skybound took over and completely rewrote the game to be about aj instead.
A big era of this Channel is ending. Following your journey through this amazing story has been amazing. You’re one of my best TH-cam discovery this year ! Thank you ! So now we need a new choice game serie…WHO’S UP FOR LIFE IS STRANGE ?

i haven't felt this good watching a youtube since i was kid watching markiplier and jacksepticeye. well done! its nice to see someone soo immersed into the story
Played this with my daughter at release. We played the whole series together, started when she was about 5 and she was 10 when we finished. This is one of my fav fake outs ever. They did a good job setting it up because you know it’s the last season and all the artwork and story setting up Clem in the Lee role, it wasn’t out of bounds for them to kill her off. So it worked very well. Damn good job as the game is a send off to Clem after season 3 mostly putting her in the backseat.
I love that Jet isn't afraid to cry on camera. Like he told us he was going to but he didn't turn off the camera to cry. He's so real for that. Ty for playing TWD. 🤍
It was so amazing that Season 4 got finished because Telltale went bankrupt after episode 2. Luckily episode 3 was basically almost finished but even though Telltale went bankrupt they kept a skeleton crew and they finished the game for us. Skybound then bought the rights and made the definitive edition. Forever great-full to the people who made sure this amazing game got finished. ❤️💕
jettro allowing himself to be emotional and vulnerable is what makes these play throughs so special, genuinely one of the reasons i love watching him so much

After years of watching several people playing this series, I can’t believe I’d never watched the last season. But the way he sacrificed himself was heroic also so awesome to see the impact the talk in the cave had on AJ that fr made him make these difficult choices and then the massive wound on the leg of Clem was awful so deep and large it was almost a miracle she even escaped and so sad to see Tenn go out like that and with AJ saying it was his first real friend...😟😔 Louis still one of the best characters for me his growth was amazing this season and became so important for the group and for AJ even more seemed like a big bro to him! Dear Jett,
I'm a viewer from far away (Germany) and just wanted to thank you for this whole journey.
Correct
@@Tvillright yeah I can’t imagine this game being incomplete

Seeing Tenn at the end as a walker made me feel like James might have been onto something, because even as a walker, Tenn had his same mannerisms that he had when he was alive, the holding his arms close to himself, fiddling with his hands, the same posture. Wild to think that maybe James was right.
I think it’s been said that in the first few months or weeks you’re potentially still there a bit? But overtime you go fully (could be wrong 💀)
Nah you’re cooked if you become a walker 💀
@@Honey70708it’s not very clear because in the show in the beginning they show signs of having their old mannerisms but then later walkers who had recently turned didn’t. It’s pretty much up to you if you think there is something there or not

@@zeeonnn right, he (even not in his right mind) still wandered back to the place most familiar to him. Craziness.
When he heard “what you doing there , goofball ? “ I swear he was bout to fly out his seat !
Fun fact: one of the creators of this game says that James survived in the cave
They lived.

@@CorvenCapcut they aren't dong anything else. Skybound already made a comic where Clem leaves AJ and the school behind and it sucs.

This is the type of reaction everyone needs to have when playing this beautiful game.
Clem’s face was pale because of the amount of blood loss (I think). It was only a little amount of time with her bite so she survived it when aj cut it off. Lee had many hours with his bite

This series will forever be GOATED, it’s really the only decision based game out with multiple seasons and I love it for that.
About the ranch, the reason Clem had nightmares about it was because the people she took out were actually all GOOD GUYS. The ranch was being attacked by another group as Clem was coming to gt AJ (as seen by the background gunfire and the place burning down), and the people there assumed she was one of them which is why they were hostile when in reality they were just protecting their home and that lady was protecting AJ 💔
I know bro hates these types of games for the distress they bring, but I need to see more of them! With this season and this series as a whole coming to a close, here’s some behind the scenes stuff for Season 4:
- Ericson’s Boarding School was originally only going to be one of many locations Clem finds throughout the game.
When telltale went under, skybound took over and completely rewrote the game to be about aj instead.
also, its extremely likely that the flashback near the end was supposed to be the setup for the original version of season 4

The way they escaped but Clem and AJ still out there was crazy i'm glad James turned out good in the end i was also going crazy at him like what are you doing? But the way he sacrificed himself was heroic also so awesome to see the impact the talk in the cave had on AJ that fr made him make these difficult choices and then the massive wound on the leg of Clem was awful so deep and large it was almost a miracle she even escaped and so sad to see Tenn go out like that and with AJ saying it was his first real friend...😟😔 Louis still one of the best characters for me his growth was amazing this season and became so important for the group and for AJ even more seemed like a big bro to him!
That barn scene was so emotional i think alot of people broke down then it all had the same look like S1 Lee and Clem😰💔😢
I still am so suprised they let Clem live i couldn't be anymore gratefull🙏 That ending photo of the 3 legends made me cry again😢💔
And Jett thank you for making another masterpiece with this series it was phenomenal and especialy when you play it it shows those real emotions we all love to see you never have to apologize this is why we love you man and that is why this fan base is so strong we all have love for each other and i agree Clem top 10 of all time for me too this was a experience of a lifetime these last few months!!!😢❤️🙏🙌
I like how in any video that Jett cries in he always says that we’re laughing but in reality we’re all crying our eyes out for him aswell ❤
