I’m an American and I speak American English but I can understand the Ghanaian guy better than the British guy. The way I say those words mentioned in the video sounds more similar to the way the Ghanaian says those words

This Ghanian guys accent is different from the few I've seen when done Ghana vs Nigerian accent. I'm wondering if there is a regional difference as well. Would be interesting because I didn't notice until I watched this video.
