I don't like the second phase. Sundowner has such a low health, that even if he has 80% of his health, and the second phase Starts, he will be dead in seconds.

I always found this theme amazing. Sundowner seems like a pretty generic villain at first glance, but his theme gives him a slight nuance. He doesn't just like to kill or cause war. He sees violence as something beautiful, something to embrace rather than try to supress, so that he can truly be happy. It's a theme that gives a glance into a beautifully twisted mind.
And its something that I bet Raiden feels too. War is just a part of life, a natural part of the organism that is him, and in Rising he learns to accept that
"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life". It just happened that Sundowner loves war, minors, and good old days after 9/11. Oh well.

Guitar guy killed it the entire song, It was so nice to see the drummer again after so much time! and I always loved the singer voice but her expresions have become so freaking good with each video, she really adds a lot to the mood of the song. I love these villans, and I cant wait for the last 2. For as much as I love Armstrong and the gang, though we don't get their backgrounds it's easy to see that each one is a broken and damaged person just like Riden, and it wouldn't have taken much for him to fall to their level if he didn't meet the people that he did
