Did you leave the raised panel lines on the flightdeck ? I'm working on one right now but I can't figure out if I want to paint first, then sand them off, sand them down first. The deck of an aircraft carrier is extremely course, so I plan on sanding it down to give it a nice weathered look.

That's an absolutely massive kit! Looks like some great opportunities for weathering and detail work, I'll stick to 1/35 for now!

I would of put 2mm plexi glass in tower windows for realistic look
