Hello~. I am Joconde.
Do you like oranges? I made a fresh orange tart.
Is there no way to put only the whole orange flesh in an orange cake?
I made orange curd, and also made orange whipped cream.
Finally, I put some oranges on it.
The whole tart has a fresh orange scent!
You would feel the cake seems orange artificial flavor added.
This orange tart makes you feel fresh.
This tart dough is made with the 'Pate Sucree' recipe.
It's perfect for fruits like this.
It was stuffed with pistachio almond cream and baked.
Pistachio goes well with citrus flavor.
It would be nice to make an orange dessert suitable for a refreshing spring day.

Ingredients
♥︎ Tart dough (17x3cm)
40g butter
25g sugar
0.5g salt
25g eggs
100g cake flour
♥︎Pistachio almond cream
25g butter
30g sugar
15g pistachio paste
30g eggs
30g almond flour
4g Rum
♥︎Orange curd jelly
75g orange juice
100g sugar
2 eggs (105g)
1 orange zest
75g butter
4.5g gelatin
♥︎Orange cream
90g orange curd
65g mascarpone cheese
150g heavy cream
♥︎Orange whipped cream
75g remaining orange cream
120g heavy cream
10g sugar
♥︎ Decoration: Flowers made from the remaining tart dough, apple mint leaves.
♥︎ #806 Round tip, #867 French star tip.

im not sure if anyone has ever said this before, but the effort in sound editing of all of your videos is amazing. the subtle editing of the cracking of an egg to the mixing to make sure everything is equalized and there is no surprising loud noises. (i often fall asleep while watching your videos, they look delicious and are incredibly calming). you put in so much effort for your videos in presentation and design and im not sure a lot of people appreciate that, so i wanted to make sure you knew someone does :-)
This reminds me of something my brother said, “if a movie has good sound balancing you won’t even think of it because it’s so natural”
Yes lower those high ends a bit, throw a compressor and a limiter on there and u got beautiful sounds
your desserts cakes seem to come out of a fairy tale the pastel colors the cleanliness

that's actually a very common combination. You see it being used by alot of professional chefs. My uncle's a pastry chef and he's seen it done on danishes (among others too)
