Sput Searight is playing keyboards for The Ghost Note Band that he co-created with percussionist and fellow Snarky Puppy founder Nate Werth. BTW, Nate and Larnell have some of the best chemistry in the bizz. Whenever they are playing the same gig the anticipation and interplay is phenomenal! Also, did you SEE the reactions of the drummers in the audience? A couple of those guys are next level themselves...
I love Mono on this tune with Larnell, I will say, ya gotta check out my man and roommate on the road-Andrew Stewart. He is on Mono’s level, and Larnell’s hand picked bass player for his stuff.

MonoNeon’s bass is also strung right handed. That says to me he is completely self taught. Where do you find a teacher for that. Eric Gales guitar is also strung upside down. Maybe also Cory Wongs bass player.
