Try and pack food in your bag when going to work and if possible always go with antacids. In my own case sometimes I get ulcer attacks even when I over feed myself or I eat late at night and sleep immediately. It's the most painful thing I sometimes say labour pain should not be painful than this oooo cos when the pain comes it feels like its about to rip my stomach walls off through my chest and back combined.

Yes dear I drive and I have an international driver's permit...I've just been scared the the roads here are one kain and you can get a ticket (up to 70pounds) if u are not familiar with the road.i intend taking driving lessons to knw their road network Bcos I can't even wait for spring it's currently 2degrees Ama freeze before then 😩

Winters in the UK tend to be long, dark and very cold. You need to dress with many layers to keep warm plus gloves, hat and scarf. Working as HCA is one of the hardest things that you will have to do, you need to watch your health and get treatment if necessary. Take care.

You will be alright, and if the bus driver drove by and your there at the right time, please complain send an email to the bus company, mentioning the time and location if possible take the picture of the bus as the driver drive off. Please see your GP in relation to your ulcers, I have it myself and I was prescribed a drug which I take every morning 30 minutes before breakfast and am told to avoid spicy foods, alcohol, coffee, citrus fruits like clementine ( the one you called tangerine), lemon, lime, oranges. I stop eating " Garri" as well as it's too acidic for my stomach.
Oh ooo thanks for that I didn't know it's salt...I was too angry to think of reporting the driver sef 🤦. I have had ulcer for the longest it doesn't just go away..I try to manage it the best I can I think I need to get dat surgery done. Thanks you Sir I appreciate

@@AsaBigjoe I think it’s not stressful but it is especially when your not paid for your travel time ,you spend 20 minutes walking and then your call is just 15mint,and then they pay you for just that 15mint call, 😅 person go walk morning to night and you find out it’s just 5 or 6 hours you worked for.
Guys don't be scared did an endoscopy here in Nigeria a few months back,it just determines how bad your ulcer is and if theres more to it,it doesn't take more than 5 minutes and of course your throat will be number and they will give anti anxiety shot.its well with you guys
Giving them personal care shopping for them cooking cleaning laundry ...Support them with things dey can't do by themselves. example u have a relative or frnd who just had stroke,how do you care for the person
