1. Tell me about yourself and why u chose to be a HCA
2. Difference between band 2&3 HCAs
3. When a patient u are attending to is in bruises, what will you do?
4. If a patient complains of chest pain, what will you do
5. How do you perform Venepuncture?

I have a question, does NHS offer sponsorship in other areas excluding health care workers? Like a Band2?
Most NHS don’t sponsor band 2, for other non clinical roles they sponsor from band 4
Pls what courses can I take online to qualify for senior carer/nursing assistant or band 3? I already done a professional care training with an intenship ongoing which I will get my cert at the end of the internship

Hi dear , please my trust said they can’t sponsor me because the job is at RQF level(A level) but I have a degree. Any thoughts ?
Most trust don’t sponsor band 2, the degree you have is not a health and care degree so it doesn’t count. You can ask your manager the routes available to move to band 3 or start finding band 3 jobs within the trust

Me again 😂, with the clinical skills courses can you do with any training institute or specifically those that are accredited? Because most of the accredited are asking for professional registration number before they can enroll you on their course .

I have been getting interviews week in and week out but after I haven't been able to get any of the job.
Most of the feedback is they gave the job to someone with more experience and understand the role.
