Someone was telling me that on uk gov website that there is a place saying that people with no recourse to public funds can get funding for the 15hours for 2year old as long as they can provide proof that both partners are earning less than a certain amount even for a tier 4 visa. Can you help me confirm this
yes it's true but as long as u and ur husband are working u are surely not going to get dat...the terms and condition is much. mostly for low income families
The 15hours of school, is it applicable to immigrants generally or those with student visa? Also single parents that are students and also work, do they have like an after school care for the child incase the parent has to work extra hours and even has a job that has night shifts?!

Even if both of you work full time under the tier 2 you are still not entitled to it .
