Hi...iam using basic model ultra... conical stone has to be placed vertically on the 8shaped fiber spatula.. when we rotate the stone excess batter can be easily wiped out.. whether u understand my point ..I don't know
This batter wiper is available in basic model ultragrinder too...u are placing stone ultah on the wiper..each conical stone must be placed on the 8 shaped wiper.. batter more easily wiped out
