I once had a dream where I was in a giant library and searching for a very specific book of ancient knowledge. It had this theme playing in the background, albeit I last heard it about 15 years ago and never listened to it since. The dream was extremely vivid unlike my other dreams and I still think of it to this day - it felt bizarre and kind of magical. I still don't know what my mind wanted to tell me with this
it's really strange how some musics of mario games like that one appear to never get out of our heads i have seen cases like that with Wart's theme from smb2 and i think with the ice land theme from smb3 too
Cackletta is such a cool villain. She's super active throughout the story compared to a lot of villains in media: her meticulous scheme in the beginning of the game, it failing and being killed by the Bros, possessing Bowser, holding Peach for ransom basically forcing the Bros to work for her and attacking the kingdom with Bowser's Castle once that falls apart. Not to mention all her songs are amazing, her fights kick ass and she's funny to boot.
@@SeleenShadowpaw Teehee Valley is a good tune, but I don't think any song has quite the same effect as Cackletta's Theme, it's a song that really is fitting for her character and sounds so despairful, especially when she straight up kills the Mario bros and you can hear the song playing, like she's won or something, it also just sounds really great in general
When Caillou, Dora or Little Bill (Harry Stack or Roku Kun the Vyonder versions) plan to cause trouble for their families, at school, or for Go!City, or when Diesel 10 plots revenge against the Island of Sodor, or when Bill Cipher manipulates someone into doing his dirty work so that he can takeover the world by spreading Weirdmageddon everywhere, or when the Loud Sisters has a sister meeting behind their parents' backs to plan against their brother Lincoln, or when Lotso Huggin' Bear gets mad at a toy for wanting to leave Sunnyside Daycare or be transferred into the Butterfly Room and either imprisons them or turning them against their friends by switching them to demo mode, or when Henry J. Waternoose III lectures a new recruit of monsters about how they should scare children to collect power via their screams while reminding them how the mistake of leaving a door open can lead to a human child getting loose into the monster world, or etc.
Fugues be like that. Games and popular media like to pair fugues with churches, evil, and Dracula stuff, so that's why fugues get associated with those things.
I will agree Fawful definitely did most of the work, but let's not pretend Cackletta did nothing. She likely came up with most of the plans, tricked the Bros into handing her the Beanstar, transformed people into monsters, it was her idea to use Bowser's Castle while convincing the minions she was Bowser and she also knew when to get down and dirty with the Bros. when she had to (as well as rigging their rematch).

Finally found this lol I remember jamming to this on the GBA so many years ago. So whimsical yet so sinister.
I love this theme of Cackletta 🥰🎶🎹🎼
Same!
Really good. I listen to it way to often lol. I never even played the original only the remake. OG is better by far.
The 2nd Js Bach 😅❤
She was such a great villain, underrated by many of the fans, tbh
She's.... So Evil!!!!
Did anyone else get chills when they say Bowletta?
By far my favourite song from this game
It's in competition to Teehee Desert at least, yes :D
