You are right man they are very clear which is strange because BMWs generally have a fair amount of tint
Randy, what you called a filter is actually the skimmer. The filter is located where the pump and valves are found. It will look like a barrel with a removable cap and a pressure gauge on top. Do not attempt removal of the filter with the pool running. Your pool is full of algae and will have to be shocked to kill the algae. You could do this yourself however, the condition it is in might require a professional pool service. It is important to maintain the proper PH level so, you will need to get a kit to analyze the water and chemicals needed to make the water safe. It sounds rather complicated but, with a little education, you should be able to handle it. Once you have the pool water clear and safe, you might want to invest in a automatic pool cleaner. They do a pretty good job of keeping our the debris but you will still need to maintain proper water balance, filter, and pump maintenance. I am not able to service my pool as often as needed so I have elected to use a professional pool service. You may find that this is the path of least resistance also.

Next year, pop each corner off and pour shock in a few days before you take the cover off. You should also keep the water level up, blow up your water lines out with a compressor and cap them. Dropping the water causes the liner to dry up

When someone mentioned that it could be an ex California Police vehicle I can't stop thinking how much it looks like (well sort of anyway) the car Sandra Bullock drove in Demolition Man with Sylvester Stallone 25 years ago. To be honest, I didn't like the little BMW but, it's really growing on me. Looks WAY better with the windows tinted for sure! Was watching a few of Weird Beard's vids on the Coronet. It's coming along nice. Can't wait to see it fully painted and put back together. Beautiful car. Have a great day Randy and be safe on the road.

Window tint is a must and it makes everything look better in my opinion. Swamp boys should have bought swamp vette as a mascot lol. Going to be interesting what ya got next coming as much as it would be cool to get into doing a super car it will get very pricey. I like that you do average Joe type buys and rebuilds. It shows that if you do it right anybody could buy and flip.

i3 does look better with the window tint, but most cars do, glad you are enjoying it. Take your son on the trip since you already have it all planned out. I'm guessing you are going to buy a camper, tow the i3 with it, and travel while vlogging at least in the off season. Just a guess!

Great call on the tint I would want to hide my identity as well ..... LOL. The house looks great Randy as you start to fix it up and clean it up it looks to me like you have an opportunity to build some equity really quickly into it. And it really does seem to have "Randy and Family and AAR" written all over it, great purchase.

That tint looks nice. My car is in need of a new tint. The old one is 3 years old and showing some ripples and the driver and passenger side windows have scratches.

The i3 looks fantastic like that. Another channel suggestion - if you ever wanted to know what Doug Demuro would be like if he were a snarky 40 year old with an irrational fear of birds, check out Curious Cars. Fair warning though, he's done the i3. I watch him more often than Doug now though.

Looks so good!! I recommend you take that gray decal / strip from above the windows. It’s weird IMO. My i3 looks so much better once I removed it! Question; I’ve been told my windshield it too tall for ceramic llumar 50. So my tint guy put a weird strip of solid black. I don’t like it, gonna ask for a re-do!

That's a pool skimmer. The water level is too low. Do you have a pool vacuum? You can get a sweeper-vac that works automatically. We have had good luck with the Hayward vacs. Each one lasted 15+ years. Get a inline filter for the vac hose too.

But my thing about the i3 is that it’s very low tech. That particular model costs as much as a “self driving” model 3 long range new and you could actually get one in 18 you got extra range a bigger screen and prestige
