@@huni_nguyen ck3 is very easy unless you make some bad odds for yourself (which is not interesting, as difficulty should consist form hard gameplay and not just bigger numbers). also this is the problem of aoh2 - you can't lose. unless you play badly you will eventually win every time, and as there is no difference in any playthrough and you need to click same buttons millions times again and again there is nothing to be interesting about the game. aoh3 will not be better than any paradox games, because those games are made for specific periods in the world, and as i understand the idea of aoh is to make a game in which you can play in whatever time, so it obv can't be as detailed in ww2 e.g. but we shall see. it is important that aoh3 has something different to offer (if you aren't a mobile gamer), and it has great potential. (as a ck3 player i hope for a good economy with mechaincs like trade routs, so you will actually have reasons to make wars, which is money (say, you are Peter the great of russia, and are trying to get to baltic sea or mediterranian sea), and not just a wish to see more of your color on a map)
Interesting choice of governments, I assume you will add more in the future. For stuff like "democracy" or "republic" I suggest using clearer names, like '"absolute monarchy" instead of just "monarchy" For other types of government, how about adding oligarchic republic, elective monarch, council government, plutocracy, anarchism, or even monastic orders. You could also consider adding more tribal governments like a confederacy or things like that. With a bit of creativity, you can even add some futuristic govs like a robocracy or a hive mind.

There would be three types of ships in the game, the heavy ship, medium ship and light ship, with the heavier ones having higher attacks and defenses than the lighter ones. Ships could only move across the oceans and would be like land troops, with the symbol of the country's flag representing the ship and its quantity. The heavier ones would be more expensive and the combat system would be based on the number of ships the nation has and the type of ships, obtaining the greatest amount of damage and defense. The oceans must have provinces for this to occur
Will this government change system stay the same or will it require more steps in the future? Example: a civil war, elections or a slow change process? Other than that, you're doing a great job, and be sure that your community supports you nevertheless ❤
You should add refugees and displacement, yknow like in a war people from other provinces escape the occupied provinces and some of them come back when the war is over
A cool idea for the scenario editor would to add a desisions tab, kind of like HOI4, it can have a simmaler or the exacr same UI as the events editor, and also if we could have National Spirits too that would be awesome. I want too add a great purge spirit to the soviet union where advisor costs are increaesed by 75%. Maybe also limit these to scenario editors. But these could make games a lot more refreshing and also give each nation more charicter!!

When I first heard that AOH3 is being developed I was really happy, as I really liked the previous game. I saw your TH-cam videos, and the game looks amazing. I’m writing this comment because I wanted to talk about all the features I would like to see in AOH3. COUNTRY MANAGEMENT -Choosing the government: You can choose your government, WITHOUT changing your flag automatically. If it’s a democracy or other governments that lets people choose their own president/prime minister, you get to choose which party and leader will be in charge. If it’s a government where people cannot choose their leader, you’ll still be able to overthrow the leader and give the power to someone else or choose another government. -Flag customization: You can customize your country’s flag, WITHOUT having to change its government, with already existent flags, by a flag editor with various templates and coats of arms of countries, or by exporting a file from your device. -Deportation: You can deport populations living in your country, which will be useful if you conquer a piece of another country and you want to deport the local population. WAR SYSTEM -Territorial claims: Claiming a territory of another country before you go to war will make the claimed territory easier for you to get and will prevent other countries from taking it in a peace treaty. -Frontlines: Instead of having your troops scattered all over your land, there will be a button that will organize your selected divisions on your selected borders. PEACE TREATIES -Claims: If you claim a territory before the war, and other countries join the war, even if they occupied that territory, they still won’t be able to get it in the pece treaty. -Getting land you didn’t occupy: If the country surrenders or accepts your conditions, you can get a land, even if you haven’t occupied it during the war. -Release a vassal: You can force the losing country to release a vassal (Which will be under your control), and you can choose its borders. -Demilitarized zones: You can forbid the losing country for mobilising troops in a selected area. -Limited army: The losing country can’t get a bigger army than the limit you chose (For a certain period of time, not forever). -Giving resources from a region: You can force the losing country to give you all of the produced resources from a region (For a certain period of time, not forever). -Forcing to join an alliance OVERALL -Pop ups: Since AOH3 will be a real-time game, notifications like war declarations, ultimatums, trade requests and others may go unnoticed, so from now on all notifications will come in big pop-ups at the centre of your screen that you have to interact with to make them go away. -Slower time: The in-game time will be wayyyyy slower. It’s annoying that an average war lasts 20 years in-game. -Scenarios: I think you should release the game with a few scenarios and add more later with updates, to make us wait less. Here are some scenario ideas: XI century, XV century, XVI century, XVII century, Napoleonic wars, Victorian era, World war I, Interwar period, World war II, Cold war (Early) and Modern times. -Historical mode: When starting a game, you can choose if you want to play historically or not. In AOH2 there wasn’t a historical mode, and it was really annoying to see absurd things like Albania conquering the world or Poland invading Nazi Germany. -Colonial administration: Colonies have "Colonial administration" as their governments. I really hope that you read this comment. You don’t need to add all of the features I mentioned, I’ll still buy and play the game, but I want you to at least read and reply to this comment. Hey Łukasz make it so that the icon in theocracy is whatever religion the country is. You could also make dictatorship make more sense to choose and make it so that it adds the most manpower out of all of these but has big downsides like the ones you already added.

😝Idea: I suggest adding a gold reserve to the game. In reality, every country has a gold reserve stored for emergencies. Here is how it could work: 1) The gold reserve should be stored in different cities, not just one (although the option of having it in one city should also be possible). 2) It should not be possible to cash out the entire reserve at once; it should take time and be done gradually. However, there should be an option to adjust the speed of cashing out based on importance. 3) After researching the necessary technology, a "slider" for allocating funds to the gold reserve should appear in the tax menu. 4) During wartime, it could be captured but only partially. In a civil war or rebellion, it would be completely seized by the rebels if they rise up in the city where it is stored. 5) If the gold reserve is not evacuated from an enemy, they will capture it. During peace conferences, it could be requested back, at least a portion of it. Additionally, giving it away voluntarily would earn us extra points during peace talks. 6) It could be entrusted to other nations. If a country supports rebels or is involved in a civil war, they might start claiming it. Rebels would receive it last in the order and in the smallest portion, but it would depend on our decision whether to give it to them. If we refuse, the country could somehow seize and nationalize enemy organizations on its territory. This idea is still rough, but I believe it could add an interesting dynamic to the game. ❤️- if you agree.

One suggestion would be to start a form of militia/resistance in occupied parts of the country you are controlling? Ex: Soviet Partisans in World War II, French resistance, etc.

-Claims: If you claim a territory before the war, and other countries join the war, even if they occupied that territory, they still won’t be able to get it in the pece treaty.
-Getting land you didn’t occupy: If the country surrenders or accepts your conditions, you can get a land, even if you haven’t occupied it during the war.
-Release a vassal: You can force the losing country to release a vassal (Which will be under your control), and you can choose its borders.
-Demilitarized zones: You can forbid the losing country for mobilising troops in a selected area.
-Limited army: The losing country can’t get a bigger army than the limit you chose (For a certain period of time, not forever).
-Giving resources from a region: You can force the losing country to give you all of the produced resources from a region (For a certain period of time, not forever).
-Forcing to join an alliance
OVERALL
-Pop ups: Since AOH3 will be a real-time game, notifications like war declarations, ultimatums, trade requests and others may go unnoticed, so from now on all notifications will come in big pop-ups at the centre of your screen that you have to interact with to make them go away.
-Slower time: The in-game time will be wayyyyy slower. It’s annoying that an average war lasts 20 years in-game.
-Scenarios: I think you should release the game with a few scenarios and add more later with updates, to make us wait less. Here are some scenario ideas: XI century, XV century, XVI century, XVII century, Napoleonic wars, Victorian era, World war I, Interwar period, World war II, Cold war (Early) and Modern times.
-Historical mode: When starting a game, you can choose if you want to play historically or not. In AOH2 there wasn’t a historical mode, and it was really annoying to see absurd things like Albania conquering the world or Poland invading Nazi Germany.
-Colonial administration: Colonies have "Colonial administration" as their governments.
I really hope that you read this comment. You don’t need to add all of the features I mentioned, I’ll still buy and play the game, but I want you to at least read and reply to this comment. I can’t wait till AOH3 will come out. Looking forward to your reply.

Hey Łukasz make it so that the icon in theocracy is whatever religion the country is. You could also make dictatorship make more sense to choose and make it so that it adds the most manpower out of all of these but has big downsides like the ones you already added.

😝Idea:
I suggest adding a gold reserve to the game. In reality, every country has a gold reserve stored for emergencies. Here is how it could work:
1) The gold reserve should be stored in different cities, not just one (although the option of having it in one city should also be possible).
2) It should not be possible to cash out the entire reserve at once; it should take time and be done gradually. However, there should be an option to adjust the speed of cashing out based on importance.
3) After researching the necessary technology, a "slider" for allocating funds to the gold reserve should appear in the tax menu.
4) During wartime, it could be captured but only partially. In a civil war or rebellion, it would be completely seized by the rebels if they rise up in the city where it is stored.
5) If the gold reserve is not evacuated from an enemy, they will capture it. During peace conferences, it could be requested back, at least a portion of it. Additionally, giving it away voluntarily would earn us extra points during peace talks.
6) It could be entrusted to other nations. If a country supports rebels or is involved in a civil war, they might start claiming it. Rebels would receive it last in the order and in the smallest portion, but it would depend on our decision whether to give it to them. If we refuse, the country could somehow seize and nationalize enemy organizations on its territory.
This idea is still rough, but I believe it could add an interesting dynamic to the game. ❤️- if you agree.

Just out of curiosity how will the leader system work? Will we be able to update the leaders and photos? Will Ai be able to produce photos in game?
Idea: you should make it so you can build roads in the game. And make it so you can choose right or left driving. And then the speed limit for every road single road in the country. And then add potholes. And make it so your leader can die in a car crash. Then you play as a ghost and can haunt people.

One suggestion would be to start a form of militia/resistance in occupied parts of the country you are controlling? Ex: Soviet Partisans in World War II, French resistance, etc.

Фашизм - Жириновский(с 2022 Путин), Военная хунта - Пригожин, либерализм - Навальный, Коммунизм, ну, допустим, Рашкин, если не Зюганов. А при авторитарных режимах наподобие Путинского, уже сам Путин. При Монархии должен быть сам царь Владимир😂. То есть Путин, но одетый по-другому.

Nice but I advise you to include more forms of ideology, for example: constitutional monarchy, absolute monarchy, parliamentary monarchy, presidential republic, parliamentary republic, oligarchic republic, elective monarchy, dualistic monarchy, totalitarian republic etc and to remove the form "democracy" since the various forms of republic and monarchy are already democracies in themselves
