For anyone trying to determine Aden Young’s (first actor the hosts asked a question too) accent, he lived in Sydney, Australia when he was a teenager and during his 20’s. It sounds though like his accent has been influenced by spending a bit of his recent years working back in Canada as well as the USA.
I just saw episode 1. Looking forward to more. I heard someone say they were TPD. Someone needs to tell the writers that it's Toronto Police Services, not TPD (or TPS).
Trying to Canadianise an American Tv franchised show. Why ? Is this supposed to be a badge of honour ? About crime ?! Is this supposed to be the big leagues ? All it does is enforce a stereo type, that Toronto is the only place where crime takes place in Canada. That rural crime is a non factor, non existent. Not true in the least. 🇨🇦✌🏼🇨🇦✌🏼
