Could you give me some examples concerning the use of ihtiyac in a positive and negative sentences?
    Great thanks in advance.

Merhaba hocam.

Tamam.
Gitmem gerek. Ama gitmem gerek yok neden olmayabilir? Çok zor! Türkçe dilinin niye o kadar zor olması lazım? Uff yaaa. Yoksa gitmeme gerek yok doğruysa, olumlu da gitmeme gerek olması lazım. Bana bu mantıklı.

There appears to be no difference between the idea of must and need in Turkish. Perhaps this is why many Turks do not understand or grasp the nuanced differences in English between MUST / have to / need to. If you have an accident and you loose an arm in machinery you MUST go to hospital. If you forget to bring your sandwiches to work, you have to buy food from a shop or a cafe. You need to go to a shop or cafe to eat. MUST in English is for vitally necessary or mandatory compulsory things such as being summoned to appear in court. If in doubt in English use HAVE TO it will always be correct. Even when you MUST go somewhere or do something. What is the Turkish for mandatory compulsory or MUST that reflects this nuance.
