I can tell that Wyruna is going to be a winning endeavour ! I have followed quite a number of YT projects by now! Just by way of introduction I am a wheelchair - bound 75yo male who loved sailing. Those days have passed now, but I can still get a lot of satisfaction watching projects like yours. Did you follow the Tally Ho story on yt? Leo xxxx can't remember the surname, led the project which BTW was his own. I mention it here because I think you might find inspiration there! Leo really indulged himself on Tally Ho with extras such as cast bronze knees and floors. I couldn't resist thinking of that project as I looked at yours! You mentioned that Wyruna has some strong links to S.A.? Because it occurs to me to speculate if the historical aspect of the boat could perhaps have a financial benefit attached to it? I understand what can happen to the best laid budget in a project such as this! Anyway, may I take this opportunity to congratulate you on your efforts to preserve a valuable piece of our Australian heritage! Cheers, David Callard.
Love the choice of Richie Havens for the music.
Please don't wait for another year and a half for the next update.

So excited to watch this old girl come back to life. Love the use of as much of the original wood as possible. 😊

great to see the progress and good to hear the enthusiasm is still strong.
Good on you, its great to see a nice piece of history being brought back to life
A Gaff rig would be so beautiful but having the bermuden rig is understandable.
